The time has finally come for me to launch my Skool Community: Power & Purity! 🚀😃 Power & Purity is a community for Christian women who want to have a fulfilling marriage without losing their identity! ✨ Power because we have the power of Christ to be bold, strong & confident women. & Purity because we’re committed to living with integrity, a pure heart, and undivided devotion to God and our families. I’m beyond grateful for all the encouragement, sweet words of congratulations and fun guesses when I first announced this venture. 😆 I can't believe it's actually happening! So, if this is something that you'd like to be a part of...to connect with like-minded women, grow deeper in your faith, and walk boldly in who God created you to be here's your official invitation! I'd love to have you join me! 🥰 Of course, a HUGE thank you to @Michelle McCartney for helping me, guiding me and reassuring me every time I said I might vomit 😂💕 I think that's all for now. 🙃 I can't wait to welcome you inside!

🌪️ The Invisible Mental Load
Running a business is one thing. Running a business while refereeing meltdowns at home? That’s a whole other league. I can be mid-Zoom, trying to sound like I’ve got my sh*t together… while in the background there’s shouting, tears, doors slamming. And that’s just me 🤣 (kidding… mostly). Truth is, when you’re raising a neurodivergent daughter — and you’re ND yourself — the emotional load is constant. It doesn’t clock off when the laptop shuts. It’s 24/7. Here’s what I’ve learnt (the messy way): Resets matter. Even 5 minutes of tea + deep breaths outside can change the whole vibe. Guilt isn’t a trophy. Running yourself ragged doesn’t prove you’re a good mum. Boundaries keep us alive. “Not today, thanks” might be the most powerful sentence I’ve ever said. Some days I nail it. Some days I’m just surviving. And that’s okay. I’d love to hear from you: how do you find even 5 minutes for yourself when you’re being pulled in every direction? Because sometimes, those 5 minutes are the only thing between us and total burnout. Naomi 💛

@Ashley Mayberry Human behaviour- was from trauma as a child I was always assessing what people were telling me from their body language and not spoken words. This lead into a keen interest in to reading people and situation. There is so much more to it than that but trying to synopsise lol Psychology- There are many layers to this, I always knew I was VERY different to my siblings and felt so out of place. We thought differently, behaved differently and saw the world very differently and I couldn't understand why, until I started to learn about psychology then it became so clear and I wanted to learn more and more. And still do.
Paper planners make me want to cry — and Notion nearly broke my brain.
So... Yesterday I got really overwhelmed. My brain was firing on crazy cylinders — there was just too much going on. I couldn’t get my thoughts straight. And here’s the thing… I’m not a pen-and-paper kind of girl. ✍️Being dyslexic, writing things down is really difficult for me. - The processing from brain → paper is hard. - The spelling trips me up. - My handwriting is messy. It all just stresses me out and adds another layer of pressure to an already overloaded brain. What I do know is that I do well with structure. Having ADHD and autism means structure isn’t just “helpful” — it’s key. So I’ve been thinking… I need somewhere I can host a life plan that covers everything: - Personal stuff - Family - Home educating - House + bills + finances - Projects - And, of course, business And I want it in a way that feels clear + visual — with tick boxes. So each day I see what’s on my plate, what’s personal, what’s business, what’s family… without a thousand scraps of paper or Post-Its taking over my desk (and my brain). I’ve heard Notion is amazing for this — like a second brain where you can keep everything in one place. But truthfully? When I tried to use it, I just got more confused. Which, of course, added to the overwhelm. 🙄 So here’s my question 👇 👉 Does anyone know of another tool I could use? 👉 Or… is anyone here a total boss at Notion who could give me some pointers Because I know that if I can set this up in a way that works for my brain, it will help me cut through the chaos and actually organise myself into a calmer, more balanced life… instead of constantly spinning into overwhelm when there’s too much going on.

@Mogene Christensen Hey!! Thanks for reaching out!! I know that once I master it Notion will be that second brain I am looking for- It is just a completely new area of tech for me!! I am having a play with it today but any tips or pointers would be extremely welcomed.

@Marianne Suarez Sabugo Thank you for reaching out!! I haven't looked at Clickup, I saw a Notion example and fell in love with it as it made sense to my brain and felt so calming- The only downside is now creating that for me- I am very new to backend building of things, it's like learning a new language! I am going to stick with Notion for now and see if I can master it and if I can't then I will move on to looking at Clickup- If this happens I will defiantly give you a shout! Thank you 🥰
Skool Traffic Training
Need help with your content to get people to join your skool group? This video has ALL of the ways that me and my clients are getting new members regularly. Which funnel are you going to start using? *NOTES* Now you've made your community. It's time to get traffic to it. The best strategy for this is to make content, but you don't want just any content. You want content that actually grabs people's attention and gets them to take action. In short, you want it to be: short, sweet, and to the point showcase you as a relatable authority figure be end result focused and benefit driven People are interested in what you can do for them, not what they have to do. Platforms that I recommend you use: Skool, FB, Youtube. Content should LOOK like content - entertaining and fun. People go to social media to feel social, connected, and inspired. People go to youtube to get as far away as boredom as possible and/or to learn something specific. Think about what your audience would look up (good ides for content and freebies). FB: content > comment > DM > freebie opt in > dm setting script > sales call > close YT: content > links to freebie > DM setting script / emails > sales call > close Skool: Discovery > community > DM setting script > sales call > close Skool: Post > community > Dm setting script> sales call > close YT videos: Packaging gets views: thumbnail, headline, video idea Intro gets them to watch video: Pain, proof, promise, plan. Pain: hook them in with identifying a pain that your audience feels. Proof: show them proof that you can fix it. Promise: promise them that if they watch this video, they'll get X end result/transformation. Plan: let them know how this video will help them get there (the plan for the video). Use curiosity gap and storytelling to keep people watching or reading to the end. Have skool group in first line of description, in pinned comment, and in bio of Youtube Channel. FB Strategy: If you have a large audience, just keep posting and add in the occasional promotion of your skool group. For every 9 entertainment posts, have a post that promotes the group.
