Yesterday food: 3/10 - just started and still figuring out groceries, routine, cooking and meal prep…and yes, having to learn how to use an instant pot for the first time 😂
Workout today: 5/10 - shoulder injury prevented physical movement on a few of the workouts and prevented pushing hard on others. As much as I love free weights I don’t know how much my shoulder can take. Cable machines and smith machines seem kinder to it so I’ve ordered a smith 5:1 machine.
