Onboarding Fitness Program
When you join XFIT, you’ll go through a 12-month journey across four coaching phases, followed by an Optimization Phase. You'll use the Fitness Performance Tracker (FPT) to track progress through measurements, progress photos, and weekly S.W.O.T. reflections. The FPT includes your meal plan, GPS Nutrition Guide, and Travel Guide. Workouts are delivered weekly via the Fitness Vitals app, where you can log meals, water, steps, and check off your workouts.
