Hey I’m back—my ultra marathon was tough. I was getting sick the night before and day of but didn’t realize it. My body was shutting down so it took me longer than I anticipated. The good news…I got to see the Alpine Loop before it got busy and they shut it down and I now know I hate ultramarathon distance. It’s not for me. This past week has been all about recover from my sickness. It was brutal and seemed like it was very specific to a C5 nerve issue. My biceps and elbow have never hurt like that. Moving forward nutrition and exercise is going to be on point. Here’s to a 10/10 week 🥳
