Hit the gym for an intro workout, just getting the hang of things around here! Got a 5k in and some upper body. On the road in Saratoga NY at my son’s hockey tournament! Found a local planet fitness.

Sunday night (2/16) I puked 🤮 thanks kids. 177.7 lbs before the workout this morning. Pic taken post workout before breakfast.

Saturday Morning Home Workout
Just finished a full body lift at home. Yet again the baby has had a couple crazy nights in a row so I felt a bit fatigued today. I weighed myself on the gym yesterday and I weighed 180.8 (per @Benjamin Plantes request of sharing body weight in some of my posts 🙃). The pic in the light shorts is immediately post workout today. The pic in the black sweatpants is about midday yesterday. It’s interesting how post workout, type of workout (yesterday was arms primarily), picture angles/light can change what your physique looks like. 23 days until I head out on a cruise trip with my family 🛳️ Remember consistency is key! You can absolutely crush your goals! Be the superdad your family, friends, and God needs you to be 💪🏼

86 Days Into The 120 Day Shred
I took this picture on Saturday. So this would have been 83 days in to the 120 day shred. I weighed in at 181.3 on Sunday. It’s amazing what it can happen when we dial in our nutrition. My exercise routine is virtually the same, other than I have been intentional about making sure I get 2 to 3 cardio sessions in a week. I also started the shred with a DEXA scan, got another that day 60 and will get one that day 120 (two days before I had on a cruise with my family). I think having a solid baseline like that is super helpful. I imagine I’m probably currently at 15% body fat, I’ll do an EvoltActiv scan (similar to an Inbody scan) at my gym on Friday morning to hopefully confirm that data and decide if I keep on cutting, or just ride where I’m at out for the next 30 days. You can do hard things. Dial it in and anything is possible 💪🏼👍🏼🤜🏼🤛🏼
