Great session today. Just got back to the gym to finish my workout

2.5 inches down
My waist line is now down 2.5 inches. That is great progress. My weight has stayed the same from last week. But my waist is down .5 inches. Lance is this normal? I am now fixing the issues we discussed on our call. However I feel like I’m doing pretty well. Anyway, progress is still happening. and regardless, if one week I have a large weight loss great. If I have a week with nothing doesn’t matter. I am dedicated and in no matter what! I’m in this for the long haul. I will be at my goal weight and be the best physical condition of my life.

Goals
Hey what’s up everybody—my fitness goals for the next 6 months are as follows. Run an ultramarathon this weekend on September 20th called the Gaspin’ Through The Aspens Ultra—33 miles of running through nature. Bulk up over the next two months so that I can do a steady shred over 10-12 weeks in preparation for a cruise we are taking our kids on in March. Next summer I’m going to be doing the Spartan Trifecta at Snowbasin Skin Resort again 👍🏼
