MOVEmber
20k steps by taking my wife in a walking date. We started out by taking the dogs on a walk for about 4 MI, then we later on went for a nature walk just by ourselves along the Riverdale River, got some dinner and then walked around the mall doing some window shopping. But all in all we got about 20,000 steps in!

Play 3 hours of volleyball last night. Still my favorite sport currently

Movement consisted of a pool day for arms back, mostly pull-ups, and then rock climbing with my kid and her friends. Not allowed to have any tracking devices on me during the work day so I lose out on a couple thousand steps there but excited to be moving!
