Workout and nutrition
8/10 workout so far. I do sessions a day, tried pushing myself in a. Military press with 90s and eeked out 3. Not ready for that much weight. 75 is good for now. Nutrition yesterday was also an 8. I ran out of spinach so no shake. Had a decent lunch and had a good dinner of salad, chicken, and a sweet potato. Two boiled eggs, protein shake with water, and one protein bar for my spread out breakfast

Progress update
15.4% bf! Restocked food at Sam's, they had boiled eggs so they are back on the menu! Been eating the same basic 4 meals for the last 7 weeks, good to have another option. Also, chicken and salad left me hungry at dinner which led to snacking, so I picked up some sweet potatoes that I can microwave and I am adding that to dinner. Savage race is 2 weeks away!

Current goals
My three main goals right now are to try and get down to 15% body fat, so I can see my abs a little. This will also help my two other goals by losing weight. Goal number one is to be able to do a handstand push-up, see the video. Balance is my biggest fault right now and everything. Once I get that I'll be able to push up a little bit stronger, but I'm really working on that more functional strength at the moment. The other one I want to get down is the muscle up. I know there's a lot of technique versus actual muscle, but I've always wanted to be able to do it.
