I did some max work today
I checked some maxes today: Dumbbell box step ups: 44lb dumbbells Romanian Dead Lift: 160lbs Barbell Front Squat: 109lbs Bench Press: 165lbs Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 50lb dumbbells Dumbbell Bent Over Rows: 60lb dumbbells
Saturday Morning Home Workout
Just finished a full body lift at home. Yet again the baby has had a couple crazy nights in a row so I felt a bit fatigued today. I weighed myself on the gym yesterday and I weighed 180.8 (per @Benjamin Plantes request of sharing body weight in some of my posts šŸ™ƒ). The pic in the light shorts is immediately post workout today. The pic in the black sweatpants is about midday yesterday. It’s interesting how post workout, type of workout (yesterday was arms primarily), picture angles/light can change what your physique looks like. 23 days until I head out on a cruise trip with my family šŸ›³ļø Remember consistency is key! You can absolutely crush your goals! Be the superdad your family, friends, and God needs you to be šŸ’ŖšŸ¼
