AI AGENT TUTORIAL : Your Club is happening in 3 days
Just downgraded my Skool Acct.
Whew! We will see how this works out with my VA using my PW. Thank you, @Cate Stillman. I could use the savings!
What’s Anchoring Your February?
January’s almost behind us — the perfect moment to peek ahead and see what’s quietly calling your name in February. This isn’t the full schedule — it’s your personal “must-show-up-for” list. The full lineup is in the WPA Coaching Guide with all the details. Which calls from Wellness Pro Academy or Club Thrive are you sliding onto your calendar as anchors for the month? And especially… which Cate-led calls are you making non-negotiable for your rhythm? Share your top 1–3 calls you’re planning to join that will be shaping your month 😏

Insight to See How Your Time Is Really Spent
After every 60–90 minute block, I write down what I really worked on — not what I planned to work on. I use the calendar block as the container and list the specific activities inside it. This gives me a clear record of where my focus, energy, and progress actually went. It’s simple and can change how I plan the next block. Try it for a day and notice what shifts.
A-ha about zone of genius
Just a quick personal share here – today I made a discovery… I’ve always loved learning. No matter how old I get, it’s one of my favorite things to do. And it just occurred to me this morning that learning is one of my zones of genius. I would love to get paid to learn, but I haven’t figured out how to do that yet 😂 So in the meantime… I think one of the ways I can leverage my love of learning is by learning to do those things that might not be my favorite things to do – like project management, systems, etc. I would love to hear anyone else’s stories with leveraging a zone of genius to accomplish something they formerly didn’t love.
Give yourself the gift of an intentional calendar this December!
It’s December 2, and I cleared my calendar of auto-scheduled, repeating activities, specifically for the time that I'll be traveling with family. 📅Guiding Questions for Your December and early January Calendar Before you accept another meeting or assume a task still holds relevance, ask yourself these two questions: - Does this serve my goal for the month? (Think: Meeting Member Cap, Hubs, Leads, Free Talks, wind-down, key projects, rest, etc.) - Does it honor my real-life reality? (Travel dates, energy levels, family rhythm, etc.) ✨ Your 10-Minute Calendar Check Up Take 5–10 minutes today to: - Review your calendar for December and first half of January. Note where your non-negotiables (like travel or family events) are landing. Did you see on the WPA calendar that the January Workshop dates are posted? Save the date for January 15 and January 16. The workshop is called: CLUB HERO 4-Month Planning. This was formerly referenced as the Master of Your Workshop. If possible, now is the time to clear your calendar so you can fully take in both days. - Cancel or Reschedule: Be ruthless. Cancel or reschedule recurring tasks, meetings, or calls that no longer align with your current intention or energy. Just because it’s recurring doesn't mean it’s essential right now. - Update Your Availability: Crucially, update your appointment/booking links (or block off time manually) so people cannot book when you are genuinely traveling, offline, or focusing on high-value, deep work. How did this work for you? What is the one thing you confidently removed from your calendar to make space this season? Share it in the comments! 👇
