Content Creation & Tech Tools:Nina and Elizabeth explored Canva AI for building sleek, time-saving presentation slides—testing animations, visuals, and branding flow. The team decided to create a short Canva animation tutorial to make future decks even more dynamic and consistent. Cleansing & Adaptive Group Strategies:Nina shared wins from her recent cleanse session, where she skillfully balanced group work and 1:1 journaling support. We discussed adaptive learning structures—how to mix groups by experience level, encourage peer teaching, and use AI (yes, ChatGPT!) for fresh ideas. Breathwork & Meditation Design:Together, we refined a beautiful session outline that includes breathwork, tone practices, and guided meditation—now with an added agenda slide, reflection prompts, and journaling questions to deepen participant experience. Action & Troika Process Planning: Elizabeth led the charge on designing a Troika-style group coaching demo, helping participants clarify action steps and release what’s blocking progress. The upcoming session will highlight the “80/20 concept” and how to focus on what truly matters. Club Thrive is where growth meets practice. @Cate Stillman I would love your thoughts on this. I'll start by saying: I know this is VERY dense, completely solution aware, and way too advanced for a free talk. But before I started WPA, this was my signature talk. I still honestly love teaching it, because it talks about mental health, anxiety and depression (and I can focus on burnout here too). I want to have a free talk I can deliver again and again, that gets people on my calendar. This topic is really where my zone of genius is. So my question is: how much of this can I put in, without teaching/coaching too much in the talk? What value can I give to the audience that would leave them wanting more without overwhelming them or underwhelming them? This Friday is our monthly workshop for Build Your Classroom. Our topic will be how to outline and deliver a "talk" or lecture/content delivery within your club curriculum. I'll take you through a checklist of things to consider, some common pitfalls to avoid, give you an example of what the final draft looks like and then allow time to work on your own "talk" topics.
