Feb 3 Lover Check In
Good to have a list in front of me to keep me on target. For years I have been using my "Perfect Day" version for that and that workshop is in the classroom...I think. My Feb Lover list is just tighter and more granular and is working for me. I also have my Sovereign goal of writing on that list of daily non-negotiables as well.
Did my writing and another block tonight.
Checked in with one personal and one professional ally
Gardening was truck wash and worked with the dogs a little
The social media detox is on day 2 and definitely freeing up a bunch of bandwidth, time and consciousness! Gonna carry that into next month Warrior work as well.
