Check in 12-12 (late!)
Hit my goal with a basic arm workout, and short run after dark.
Protein was hit, but also with a lot of carbs so I’m counting today as a “miss.”
Water was met.
I also spent another night journaling some ideas and goals I have going forward in the next weeks, months and year. This will be revisited in the coming weeks to ensure I have achievable goals, as well as goals that will need a lot of background work to be realistically obtainable.
