Up early, tending to one of my leadership habits. There’s something comforting about the early morning—when everyone is still asleep, everything feels safe, and the world is quiet. In that calm my mind clears, and I can truly focus. Grateful for these peaceful moments that set the tone for the day. Happy Friday!

Day 12 - Check In
Movement - Morning Run + Walk + Lift Water - ✅ Protein - ✅ Not enjoying this. I'm calling it a learning curve. It feels like forced eating of stuff I don't much care for. It will require more attention to dial in on things that I like and work for me. Process... Leader Habit - Edited social media clips for podcast. Research filming techniques to create fast, cinematic looking content.
Day 11- Check In
Movement - Morning Run + Walk Water - ✅ Getting better at pacing myself. Also, think my body is getting used to it. Protein - ✅ Leader Habit - Record solo commentary for podcast content.

Day 9 - Check In
Movement - Morning Run + Walk (Was planning on lifting too. That will happen Wed.) Water - ✅ Protein - ✅ Leader Habit - Watched video on how to train AI to sound / write more like you. Implemented learning by editing script for upload to personalize AI. (Want to take advantage of tools to streamline the podcast post production as much as possible.)
