Good Morning! I am working on getting caught up on the January focus for the Tribe and working on defining the goal/GRAILS for Sovereign. The end of December & January are pretty hot & heavy at my full-time job. Review season is in full swing, I am converting 2 Contractors to Employees and also working as part of a larger effort to onboard a Staff Aug group (aka bring on more contractors). My career "pie" in the Sovereign quadrant is two-pronged thanks to the Viking Festival. With the start of the new year we have a few meetings this month to recap last year and start the ball rolling for this year's festival. This is our second year, so there will be a lot of "lessons learned" as well as trying to add a few things here and there without over-extending ourselves. My goal focus for Sovereign will focus on this area as this is where I am going to get the most value out of my efforts (ie: leave the corporate world). Loosely, I'm thinking my goal will be to have a roadmap & plan outlined for the year for my main area (the Living History encampment) as well as get aligned with the two departments that report up to me. I am also on the Board of Directors, so I want to have something there, but haven't come up with what yet. We meet as a board this coming Friday and I'm sure I'll have something coming out of that meeting. Outside of that, have been focused on being in the gym more frequently and tightening up my macros/calories to continue my weight loss journey. Also added in a goal to do at least 2 of the following during the day while working from home: Standing at desk for 1-2 hours. 30 minute walking pad at desk. Floor sitting desk for a minimum of 30 minutes.

@Philip Folsom A few of the OOF guys said the same thing. Perhaps when we get our own property that is something we could make happen. It is going to be an awesome year. Probably going to be one of the hardest years of my life, but I am up to the challenge and looking forward to it!
