Aug 10th Check-in
Today was a successful day in a variety of ways, despite the shadows.
Wins:
I accomplished a lot for my niece’s birthday present and am relieved to have so much done already—everything should be finished before we head out of town on the 19th to celebrate.
I also spent a couple of hours meal prepping. My sister is a single mom who works as a TK teacher, so I meal prep for her too to make life a little easier. Today I made egg casseroles for both of us.
I went through some office items to decide whether they’ll be donated, sold, or taken to my new home.
I completed some treatment plans.
I posted the completed photo of Riggly.
Shadows:
I wasn’t able to go to the grocery store in person today. I drove there, parked, and became too overwhelmed by a trigger. I’m reminding myself it’s not linear, and I’ll follow through with that goal tomorrow.
After getting stuck with the situation above, I didn’t have time to do the ride I had planned, but I’ll tackle that tomorrow as well.
