Today I was on point! Woke up early and completed my leader habit goals of building out Ravenwolf Skool page. Also got my last book edits in to - we are getting closer! Water - check, protein will be met by dinner time (we're having steak). For movement, it is an off day for me at the gym, but I took a Pilates class with my daughter- that checks many buckets for me.
