Dr. Cody said share... Day 7 down 1.5 for a total of 5.4. I run a Cafe and Motel Fixing cream puff dessert and pasta salad yesterday, for the few seconds I wanted a spoon full...I said, nope not gonna do it. After 11 1/2 hours on my feet, I fixed myself a filet, broccoli and berries, all measured on that sweet scale. I wrote on daily recap, no cheating. Dr. Cody pointed out, that was loving myself, eating to be healthy. Not a concept I formally connected.
Week 1 Results (-8.2) pounds
Hi all, After week 1 I am down (-8.2) pounds. I’m super excited because I’ve had a ton of stressors going on this week, the meal prep really helped because I was able to grab and go. I also used large water cups/containers 20-32 oz so I could easily track how much water I was drinking. There were a few days that I didn’t get in enough water but was able to still have a loss. As Dory would say, “Just keep swimming” I’m excited about my first week’s loss and can’t wait to see how this week goes.

Whoohoo! Day 14 ....10.4lbs I'm not carrying around all day! Major learns,,,love me by putting myself first over work and 20 things to get done. First time in years to eat by noon and 6. And eat well. I've moved from a simple salad and mandarin oranges to cooked veggies and apples and berries. Who knew sliced, seasoned zucchini in air fryer was so good and satisfying? I'm excited for the next -10!
Starting Day 2 of Fast 40
Hi All, I’m super excited to start the Fast 40. Yesterday was my day 1 and a super crazy travel day but I’m really excited to start day 3 tomorrow. I’m really not loving the gorging phase. Lol I am really excited to see how my reset goes! So here goes to life changes!
Meal prep week 2 done for the win
I’m traveling this week so I meal prepped at home and brought the cooked food with me ahead of time. I have total meal prepped to about 2.5 hrs for the week. This helped to prep me for my success. I also pre measured some 1 oz snack sizes to have when I get hungry or if I need to add ozs to my meals. That way I have some pre measured 1oz grab bags vs having to cook more and add when I’m feeling hungry
