I am on day 12 and down a whopping 9.5 pounds! Never expected this so quickly. I tried on a pair of capris this morning that haven’t fit me in over a year and lo and behold they slid on pretty easily and did up. I am wearing them today, feels good! I am finally on the right path for me! So excited to see where this takes me! Have an awesome day!

On January 16, 2026, I started with Dr Cody Golman on the Fast 40 program. I was ready to feel better, make a change and reclaim the me that I felt like I had lost because of changing hormones, premenopausal symptoms and life! My First 40 Days!
This is so wild! I have been focusing on my health, wellness, hormones & fitness for as long as I can remember (I’m 46) & my results are blowing my mind! 😍 I ran a comparison from day 0 to day 40. I am down 11.8 lbs & down 3.9% Body Fat! 🥳 16.75 inches overall released! 😍 My visceral fat went down from 11 to 8 & my Metabolic Age went from 47 to 45! 🥳 *This is the main thing I wanted to improve too!
