🔴 LIVE TODAY- Exact steps to release STRESS (so it does not turn into disease)
🔴 LIVE TODAY — 11 AM MST (10 PST/ 12CST ) Most people have never been shown how to actually feel an emotion. Not think about one. Not talk about one. Actually feel it — in the body. And here's what nobody's connecting the dots on: unprocessed emotions are one of the biggest drivers of fat storage, chronic disease, and research is now linking stored emotional stress directly to cancer. Your body holds what your mind won't process. Today in our Q&A I'm walking you through the exact step-by-step process for feeling an emotion — the same process I use with FAST40 clients and the same one we covered in this week's training. This is one of the most powerful things you can do for your health. Period. See you at 11 AM MST 👇 LINK HERE: https://www.skool.com/live/FVCVx2FvlV8

Day 80 Update | down 27.3 lbs, 4.2% Body fat, body age 2 years
Hey All, Today is a day 80 checkin, I’m down 27.3 pound, 4.2% Body fat, body age 2 years. I’m attaching all the details from the Fit Days app from the scale. But most of all over the past 40 days we have been focused on energy clearing and changing the past beliefs that have been holding me back and causing the yo-yo weight. Processing the feelings and letting them go vs stuffing them down inside of me. I’m so grateful for this community, meeting Dr Cody and reintroducing myself to my inner doctor. Thank you so much for your support and joining me on this journey toward our healthier selves.

Amazing work. @Joy St john You've done more than lose weight; you've built consistency and addressed the habits and beliefs that were holding you back. Thank you for sharing your journey and encouraging everyone in this community. Keep it going!
The Reason You're Not Losing Weight Has Less to Do With Exercise Than You Think
What if losing weight wasn't about exercising harder... but understanding your body better? 🤔 One of the biggest frustrations I hear from women over 40 is: "I'm eating healthy. I'm trying to exercise. Why isn't anything changing?" The truth is, your body is constantly responding to the signals you give it, not just through exercise, but through your daily habits, routines, nutrition, sleep, and stress. That's why I put together this training. Inside, you'll learn: ✅ Why tracking weekly patterns is more helpful than obsessing over one "bad" day. ✅ How protein naturally helps your body burn more energy. ✅ Why your body needs consistency before it's willing to let go of stored fat. ✅ How simple daily movement can have a bigger impact than you might think. ✅ Practical strategies you can start using today. Whether you're already in FAST40 or you're just getting started in our free Fit Over 40 community, I hope this gives you a better understanding of how your body works and encourages you on your journey. Remember, lasting weight loss doesn't come from doing everything perfectly. It comes from doing the right things consistently. 💙 After you watch, I'd love to hear from you. 👇 What's one idea that stood out the most? Let's keep learning and growing together. 💪

The Reason You're Not Losing Weight Has Less to Do With Exercise Than You Think
Day 6 update
As of day 6 I lost 5.7 lbs! This program is incredible! I am so grateful to find fast 40. Goodbye yo-yo diets. Goodbye to the frustration of "doing all the right things" but seeing no results. I'm happy to be on this journey.

That's awesome progress. @Jennifer Brodict More importantly, you're building habits that are sustainable instead of chasing another quick fix. Keep following the plan, trust the process, and let's see what the next few weeks bring. Great work!
Your Body Runs on a Clock. Your Nutrition Should Too.
Today I want to talk to you about something called chrono nutrition, and I promise you, most doctors have absolutely no idea this even exists. Chrono nutrition is the science of when you eat, not just what you eat. And when you understand this, it completely changes the way you look at hormones and fat loss. Here's what's wild, your body runs on an internal clock. Every organ, every hormone, has a specific time of day it's designed to be most active. Your cortisol naturally peaks in the morning to give you energy. Your insulin sensitivity is highest earlier in the day. Your digestive enzymes are strongest mid-day. Your body is literally programmed to process food differently depending on the time you eat it. So when you're eating large meals late at night, skipping breakfast, or snacking randomly throughout the day, you're working against your own biology. And your hormones pay the price. Insulin stays dysregulated. Cortisol stays elevated. And fat storage stays turned on. But here's why doctors miss this completely, they're trained to look at what's in your bloodwork, not why it got there. Nobody's asking about meal timing. Nobody's connecting the dots between when you eat and how your hormones respond. That's what we do inside FAST40. We align your eating with your body's natural hormonal rhythm, so your hormones can actually reset and do what they're designed to do. Meal timing isn't a bonus tip. It's a core lever for hormone balance. And now you know it.
