One of my favorite seasoning is a vegan egg flavoring. It is really good! Non-vegans tell me they cannot believe it is vegan.
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast
2 1/2 TBSP Kala Namak (Black Salt)
1 1/2 TBSP Turmeric
1 1/2 TBSP Onion Powder
1 TBSP Garlic Powder
2 TSP Black Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix everything together. Store in an air-tight container. Enjoy!

- meatloaf/meatball type of recipes which normally call for lentils or beans or tofu
My favorite is to make cabbage noodles (cut in the shape of egg noodles and steamed until it is al dente) then seasoning the noodles with this seasoning. Yum! What can you dream up to use it on?
