205 lbs to Pink Pony Club 💖🦄
Hit a PR at Pull For Pride! This is my first competition and I’ve been lifting for almost a year. I have POTS and hEDS so it’s been a slow powerlifting journey. Vegan for 19 years! Happy Pride! 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈

I just want to remind you that you are not alone
I've been vegan for 20 years now. It has been one of the greatest aspects of my life, but also the biggest head-scratcher when I try to understand why the people around me are not. I just want to remind you that you are not alone and that the choices that you are making, choices that maybe other people make fun of, put down, or don't understand, don't let that get to you. Remember why you do this. We do this for the animals. We speak up, we use our voices, and we fight for those that cannot fight for themselves. When people say that you can't be a man and be vegan, I want to ask: what does it mean to you to be a man? Does killing and harming defenseless animals and creatures make you into some sort of super macho, masculine man? I don't think so. I think men should step up and speak up for the voiceless. Men should protect those they can. Men should share their lessons with those they can. That's why I'm here. That's my mission every single day of the week. This is literally what I do from the time I wake up until the time I go to sleep. I just want you to remember that you're not alone. Let's share messages like this. Let's continue standing up and showing the world how real men, real women, and real people can stand up for what they believe in. I'm here to support you and remind you that you're not alone💚🙏
This 💚 This is so important it’s such a reminder even to myself where I’m out doing so many things to recognise that I’m not alone in the effort even when some people just seem tone deaf to the real thing. I mean I had a lovely conversation at work to leading one of coworkers to going vegan with her partner but you know what sparked that, me resharing and posting things about Ridglan Beagles over the past few months. She said I’ve been seeing what you share on your story and everything else about animals, just know it doesn’t go unnoticed. Made my day hearing that because I was sort of in a mood for the last couple days that I was annoyed with society and people. At the end of the day if we plant seeds and they grow they will. We just have to be consistent and continue to do what we do each day. We have community here, we are all in it for the animals.. but also to support each other too
Introduction
Hello, Vegan Squad Community! My name is Caitlin and I was vegetarian for 2 years and will hit my 7 year Vegan Anniversary 9/14 🎉 My special interests include, but aren’t limited to: animal and human rights, environmental justice, beaches, being a dog and plant Mom, Art (I like to paint and exhibited in Art Basel in 2017 & 18), hip hop, being a foodie, gym girlie, traveling ✈️, and all things NYC (it’s not a city, it’s a nationality 🗽😉). I also so happen to be a psychotherapist (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) with neurodivergence. In my private practice, I specialize in working with adults with ADHD (and co-occurring MH issues) and teaching them how to use mindfulness and plant-based nutrition to reduce their symptoms as well as improve their mood and functioning. Currently, I am licensed to provide psychotherapy for clients residing in NY and FL, and can provide non-clinical coaching in all 50 states. If you or anyone you know may be interested in services, please reach out to me directly and feel free to check out my website to learn more! https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/therapists/caitlin-cherner-new-york-ny/958611 Looking forward to connecting and collaborating more with fellow vegans ☀️🌱💚
Welcome Caitlin!!!! :)

“I knew I was becoming that vegan when…” Let’s hear your funniest answers 😂🌱
@Trina McKee HAHAHAH I LOVE THIS 🤣
@Shruti Sharma so true!! It doesn’t take much once you see that. Took me 10 mins into a 1.5 hr documentary. I mean I was already on my way there but I definitely will say seeing footage sort of solidified that. I was vegetarian before but definitely seeing what industry tries to hide from us did it for me.
Introduction: Excited to be Here!☺️
Hi everyone! My name is Ella and I have been vegan since 2019, vegetarian for 4 years before that. I didn’t grow up with family who supported my decision and as someone from the South of U.S. some were offended as meat products are very much a staple of the southern diet, but over time I helped change their perspective to the point where they now have most of their meals without meat. I am so thankful to see so many like-minded and passionate people advocating for a kinder and more sustainable world! I’ve been bodybuilding since 2023 and really enjoy sharing plant- based meals and recipes with other competitors and people to show my friends and family that we can grow just as strong and aesthetic as non-vegans, all while being healthier for it! ☺️ I look forward to getting to know all of you! 🌱🫶
Welcome! 🤗 Nice to meet you! You’re definitely in a wonderful uplifting community of vegans now. :) 🫶🌱
