@Gretchen Eidson Thank you! I'm adding to audible. I love a good paperback, but unfortunately being on the go, be voice on tape works best 😀

Heat Wave
We are getting triple digits here regularly- so HOT 🔥. If anyone has rain send it to New Mexico. The Rio Grande is dirt dry, not even a mud puddle.

Has a doctor ever told you, "You can't be vegan"? Dr. Matthew Nagra, ND, shares some information that might help
Dr. Matthew Nagra, ND recently shared some really helpful information on our podcast that I thought might benefit anyone here who's ever been told by a doctor they "can't be vegan." For those who aren't familiar with him, he's a naturopathic doctor based in Vancouver who focuses on evidence-based nutrition and spends a lot of time addressing nutrition misinformation using the available research. Dr. Matthew Nagra shares how he first adopted a plant-based diet for health and athletic performance before becoming ethically motivated after watching Earthlings. He discusses facing pushback in naturopathic medical school, how that challenged him to study the research more deeply, and why he ultimately adopted a more objective approach that acknowledges healthy animal-food dietary patterns are possible, though not necessary. We also explore medical ketogenic diets for intractable epilepsy, protein requirements and sources, the limitations of raw diets, common nutrient concerns such as protein, iron, and calcium, the uncertainty surrounding vitamin D recommendations, the claims behind "I was told I can't be vegan," and practical advice for effective activism, including consistency, diverse approaches, and avoiding perfectionism on social media. Coaching Brand Logo
Hey fam! I been crunching hard on getting a coaching brand running! Been working behind the scenes to start growing my following but also spending time getting a logo going so I can spice up my forms, carrousel posts and slowly get a website going! Would love some opinions on which one of these designs you like best and I am equally open to feedback or design suggestions!

I love the logo! I think 1 is a bit too dark, 2 or 3 have a lot of life to them. I really like 4, but there's something that says it wouldn't do well in my head
