Tvp pot pies
First time making these wanted to try them for a long time especially since there is no vegan pot pie I can find anywhere and even then they are usually like 65 percent crust. Mistake here was not making enough LOL will need to double the filling next time as well as the puff pastry so that I can fully cover the tops.
