βœ… Completed:5K run and calisthenics. Kept the pace slow, mainly recovering from the last hard run. ⚑ Energy (1–10):5 out of 10. Took it easy and listened to the body. πŸ“ Takeaway:Be present. Enjoy the moment, especially when you’re running with others or coaching. When you stay in the moment, you take in more and the session feels better. πŸ” Tomorrow I will:Active recovery day.

βœ… Completed:Active recovery. 30 minutes on the bike, light and steady. ⚑ Energy (1–10):7 out of 10. Felt good, kept it cruisy. πŸ“ Takeaway:Just do something. Recovery days still matter. Bike, pool, walk, anything that keeps the body moving without smashing it. πŸ” Tomorrow I will:5K run in the morning with the team.

90 Days of C.O.R.E – Day 90
βœ… Completed:5K PR. 18:16. Goal was sub 18, but this is still a massive step forward. Next time we take it into the 17s. ⚑ Energy (1–10):9 out of 10. Felt strong and smooth through the run. πŸ“ Takeaway:Pay attention to how you talk to yourself when you run. That inner voice gets loud, and it can either push you forward or pull you back. Also, I need a watch. Checking my phone for splits definitely slowed me down. πŸ” Tomorrow I will:Chill recovery day. Light movement only and let the body reset after today’s effort.
