Completed:5K PR. 18:16. Goal was sub 18, but this is still a massive step forward. Next time we take it into the 17s. β‘ Energy (1β10):9 out of 10. Felt strong and smooth through the run. π Takeaway:Pay attention to how you talk to yourself when you run. That inner voice gets loud, and it can either push you forward or pull you back.
