✅ Completed: Cardio to start, then strength work focusing on lower body, mobility, and calisthenics with some new movements. Finished with light bag work. ⚡ Energy (1–10): 8 out of 10. Tough session, especially on the assault bike, but pushed through. 📝 Takeaway: Switch up your training. Don’t get stuck doing the same thing all the time. Trying new movements and learning from others keeps you progressing and engaged. 🔁 Tomorrow I will: Client boxing sessions, then my own workout. Assault bike intervals, upper body training (chest, back, biceps), and finish with light cardio.
