Felt loose, strong, and ready to move. 📝 Takeaway: Push yourself that little bit extra. That final minute when everything is burning and heavy, that’s where growth happens. Lock in, stay present, and push through. 🔁 Tomorrow I will: Cardio-based conditioning, mobility work, and bag work. Staying consistent and building momentum.

✅ Completed: Cardio session, mobility work, and pad work with a client. Adjusted the session based on the client’s condition and goals. ⚡ Energy (1–10): 6 out of 10. Not at peak, but still showed up and delivered. 📝 Takeaway: Read the room. Not every client is at 100% every day. Pay attention to body language and adjust the session on the spot. Today meant focusing more on technique and lighter work instead of power. That’s real coaching. 🔁 Tomorrow I will: Cardio, bag work, and mobility. Keeping it simple and consistent.

✅ Completed: Cardio to start, then strength work focusing on lower body, mobility, and calisthenics with some new movements. Finished with light bag work. ⚡ Energy (1–10): 8 out of 10. Tough session, especially on the assault bike, but pushed through. 📝 Takeaway: Switch up your training. Don’t get stuck doing the same thing all the time. Trying new movements and learning from others keeps you progressing and engaged. 🔁 Tomorrow I will: Client boxing sessions, then my own workout. Assault bike intervals, upper body training (chest, back, biceps), and finish with light cardio.
