90 Days of C.O.R.E – Day 57
✅ Completed: Light session on the assault bike, followed by pad work with a client. ⚡ Energy (1–10): 8 out of 10. Feeling good but still easing out of recovery mode. 📝 Takeaway: Mobility is key. Also, when working with clients, listen and understand their game. It’s not about forcing your style, it’s about helping them develop theirs. 🔁 Tomorrow I will: 5K run in the morning, followed by sparring. Looking forward to a solid session. 💪

90 Days of C.O.R.E – Day 56
✅ Completed: Light session. Mobility work, stretching, and some pad holding. ⚡ Energy (1–10): 7 out of 10. Keeping it light after yesterday’s run. 📝 Takeaway: Clear communication matters. When holding pads, being clear and direct helps the other person learn faster and perform better. 🔁 Tomorrow I will: Another light session. Pilates, mobility, and some bag work. Keeping the body moving and recovering.

90 Days of C.O.R.E – Day 55
✅ Completed: 5K run. 18 minutes (PR). Even with a pause mid-run, pushed harder and still got it done. ⚡ Energy (1–10): 9 out of 10. Felt fresh, rested, and ready to perform. 📝 Takeaway: How you talk to yourself matters. When things go wrong, that voice either breaks you or pushes you. Today I had to level up mid-run and stay locked in. Also, sleep is everything. When you’re rested, you perform on a different level. 🔁 Tomorrow I will: Light session. Zone 2 cardio on the bike or treadmill, some weights, then finish with bag work.

90 Days of C.O.R.E – Day 54
✅ Completed: Calisthenics session. Pull, push work, handstands, plus a 4km walk beforehand to loosen up the body. ⚡ Energy (1–10): 7 out of 10. Felt good once I got moving. 📝 Takeaway: Take your time. You can’t rush calisthenics. The more patient you are, the better your form, strength, and results. Rush it and you risk injury. Trust the process. 🔁 Tomorrow I will: More calisthenics. Focus on pull ups and controlled movements. Using it as a smart way to train while managing fatigue and still enjoying the process.

Week 3 Hypertrophy x Strength Training
Three weeks of consistently training. I feel great. I can feel my increase in strength, fitness and overall mental wellness. Physical exercise is honestly a cure for a lot of things. What feels even better is being part of a group that makes showing up a virtue and a responsibility. I feel great to be here.
