Anyways guys in this post I will break down statistically how many people are unfortunate enough to go through some sort of trauma. Well here is a study backed up from Google, “Approximately 70% of people globally will experience a potentially traumatic event (PTE) during their lifetime.” So there you have it, 70% of people, that is pretty crazy. It is more common then you may have thought, do not worry though like always it can be fixed. Day 3 💪 Yesterday I was sick, but today I’m feeling better and I still showed up. I pushed through and completed 29 push-ups. Slow progress is still progress… and I’m not giving up. Stronger every day. ❤️🔥

We've been hearing it for some time now... the end of the Year of the Snake (transformation) and heading into the Year of the Horse. Well folks - we are here!! We also have a solar eclipse today! And it's Fat Tuesday (Mardi Gras). Heck of a day already right?!
