It’s Saturday. And after a full week of pushing, grinding, and staying consistent… your soul needs something different. Rest. Not just physical rest… but real rest. The kind that quiets your mind. The kind that settles your spirit. The kind that reminds you… you don’t have to carry everything. The Bible says, “He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.” — Psalm 91:1 That’s where real rest is found. Not in distractions. Not in escaping. But in His presence. Because when you slow down… God meets you there. The Bible also says, “…those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.” — Isaiah 40:31 So today… Quiet your mind. Release your burdens. Sit still for a moment. And let God restore what the week has taken out of you. Because rest isn’t weakness… It’s preparation for what’s next.
