Guys someone tell me something…
Let’s drop all the rubbish for a second… tell me something guys… Tell me something on your mind, something you want to get off your chest, something you’re worrying about? Something you’re proud of? Something you’re scared to admit… something you’d like to bring to my attention, something you’ve never told anyone.💪 Tell me something guys.❤️ I’ll go first!

I'm overwhelmed... I have a lot of plates up in the air that I'm spinning and I'm just trying to keep everything from dropping. Some things are coming to a completion and will lighten things up... but right now, there's just a lot happening all at one time.
Guys I had my first day off of Skool in over 9 months and I feel so awful about it!😭
Not one activity all day! How do you guys cope when you have days off?! I’m so sad right now😅 It feels like I’ve neglected my baby for a while 24 hours👀 Do you guys think it’s good to have days off?!

@Lisa Adams posted something about this very thing in my community!! Don't beat yourself up about taking time off. And maybe Lisa will share here what she shared in my community... it was very revealing
There's a Virus Hitting Everyone's Communities Right Now...
I noticed it right after I got back from vacation... at first I had no clue what was going on. The symptoms were easy to spot... low engagement, missing members, dropping conversion rates. And after talking to a few community members... the diagnosis was easy. The Summer Time Blues had struck. But here's what I figured out that most community builders miss... The Summer Time Blues aren't actually about summer. Your members didn't stop caring about your community. They just woke up this morning thinking about their lives... the vacation they just got back from. the new house they're moving into. the unexpected setback they're still recovering from. the new chapter they're trying to figure out. Your community members wake up every day thinking about THEIR own lives! And if you're not meeting them where they are right now... no amount of posting, prompting, or pushing is going to fix it. Skool Homeroom is where you'll find the cure for the Summer Time Blues. The people who join today will know exactly how to keep up the momentum even when things are slowing down. Those who don't want the cure can tough it out and wait for it to pass... but summer is three months long. That's a long time to deal with the aches and pains of slow growth and very little engagement. Join Skool Homeroom Today 👉 https://www.skool.com/skool-homeroom-6736/about the Skool nurse is about to leave... don't be late 🎓 p.s. The Summer Time Blues don't strike only during the summer, it's something that's happening all the time. The community builders who figure this out now stop chasing momentum and start creating it — no matter what season their members are in. p.p.s. Drop a comment below and tell me... have you noticed any cases of The Summer Time Blues in your community? @Rose Colbourne

started having this conversation in other communities too and I'm finding that people outside my community are experiencing it as well.
0 to 75 New Members in 30 Days without an audience
It wasn't a viral moment. Nobody shared my post to their 100k following. I didn't run ads. I just made sure every single promotion I put out was built to stop the right person mid-scroll... to make them feel like Skool Homeroom was built specifically for them. 75 new members in 30 days. That's what intentional promotional content does. Most community builders are promoting. But there's a difference between putting out content and putting out content that actually works. The difference isn't how often you post or which communities you post in It's whether your content is actually doing it's job when someone reads it. Inside Skool Homeroom today, we're talking about how to know if the content you create to promote your community is going to get results or not. So here's the question that actually matters... What would 75 new members in 30 days do for YOUR community? Come find out what's possible when your promotions actually work. Join Skool Homeroom 👉 https://www.skool.com/skool-homeroom-6736/about the bell's about to ring... don't be late 🎓
