How do you know when what you’re doing is "sacrificing" versus "investing"? Sacrifice happens when giving and you abandon who you are and what matters to you. Investing is when you face discomfort because there's a future benefit. Sacrifice can lead to burnout, ugh, but it's an unnecessary wake up call because when you learn how to put in the time and effort necessary without trading the best version of you, you don't burn out.
