Can I ask you something a little personal? 👇
When was the last time you actually trusted yourself?
Like really trusted yourself — made a decision without overthinking it for three days, spoke up without replaying it afterwards, or just felt genuinely sure of who you are and what you want?
Because honestly? I used to find that so hard.
I’d second-guess everything. Replay conversations in my head on loop. Look at other women who seemed so confident and comfortable in themselves and quietly wonder what was wrong with me.
And the thing is — nothing was wrong with me. I’d just spent so long shrinking, people pleasing, and ignoring my own instincts that I completely lost the thread back to myself.
Sound familiar at all? 😅
I feel like confidence is one of those things nobody really talks about honestly — like we’re all just supposed to have it figured out and if we don’t, something’s wrong with us.
So I just wanted to open up the conversation today —
Where do you feel your confidence take the biggest hit? 👇
Is it speaking up? Putting yourself out there? Setting boundaries without feeling guilty? Trusting your own gut?
Drop it below — I genuinely want to know, and I promise you’re not alone in it 💛🌿
