New week — and I want to kick it off by setting some intentions together. But first, I have to share something that's been genuinely changing my days lately. Four days ago I made a decision — no more scrolling. Not just in the morning, all day. No mindless social media, no news, no disappearing into content that leaves me feeling worse than before I started. Just four days in and honestly? I feel like a different person. I have more energy than I know what to do with. I'm more productive. I'm actually present — noticing things, enjoying things, being in my life rather than watching everyone else's. My mornings feel calm and spacious in a way they haven't in a long time. And I've replaced that scrolling habit with meditation instead, which means I'm starting every day from a grounded, centred place. It sounds so simple. But the shift has been anything but. I'm not saying I've got it all figured out — I'm only four days in and I know the pull is real. But I'm holding onto how good this feels and I really hope I can keep going 🌿 So for this week — I want to know what intention you're setting. @Klaudia Moon yes. We’re not going far. We’re off to Yorkshire, which is about an hour and a half away. I’m just excited to see my friends face when we surprise her! 😘

Tonight's live was an intimate one — but honestly, sometimes the smaller sessions are where the real magic happens. We went deep. We moved through a grounding meditation, got really honest about the fears that have been holding us back from taking that first step, and finished with an EFT tapping sequence to start shifting it all at the root. If you missed it — the recording is now available so you can experience the full session in your own time. I really encourage you to watch it, sit with the meditation, and do the tapping along with it. It's not the same as being live but it is absolutely worth your time.
