We are going live in 2 hours!
Today we are doing something that I think is genuinely one of the most useful things we can do together — and it is something most people never actually sit down and figure out properly. We are building your daily practice. Not the Instagram version. Not the two-hour morning routine that only works when life is perfect and the kids are asleep and Mercury is not in retrograde 😄 Something real. Something that fits your actual life. Something that becomes the thread that keeps pulling you back to yourself even on the hard days. Here is what we are doing today: We start with a short grounding meditation to drop out of our heads and into the room together. Then we have an honest conversation — what does your practice actually look like right now, what have you been wanting to add, and what keeps getting in the way. I will share some really practical examples of what a great daily practice looks like depending on what you need most right now — whether that is help with anxiety, building confidence, managing overwhelm or finding your way back to yourself. And then we build it together. Live. You will leave today with two specific practices, two specific times and a plan for when life gets in the way — because it will. This is not about doing more. It is about doing the right things consistently. The small, simple things that keep bringing you back to yourself before you drift too far. Grab a pen. See you in 2 hours 💛 Drop a 🌿 below if you are joining me 👇

Midweek Check-In + Monday's Aura Live Recap 🌿
Happy Wednesday, everyone! We're halfway through the week — how are you feeling? Drop a word in the comments. However you're doing, that's valid. Just wanted to pause and check in with you all today. Now, let's revisit Monday's session — Breaking the Loop. Such a powerful one, and I know a lot of you had real lightbulb moments. We talked about how every pattern that keeps repeating in our lives has three parts: the trigger, the reaction, and the result. The trigger sets it off. The reaction is the automatic response your brain fires without asking permission. And the result is the same outcome, showing up again and again. Here's how we worked through identifying the trigger: Step 1 — Name the result you keep getting. The outcome you don't want. The thing that keeps showing up in your life. Step 2 — Trace back the reaction. What do you do right before you get that result? What's the automatic behaviour — the thing you do before you've even thought about it? Step 3 — Find the trigger. What sets the reaction off? What feeling is underneath it — unseen? Criticised? Out of control? Rejected? Overwhelmed? Go to the feeling, not just the story. Step 4 — Trace where the trigger comes from. When did you first feel this feeling? Most patterns started long before the situation you're in now. Once you can see the loop clearly, you can start to interrupt it — by naming the trigger the moment it fires, pausing before you respond, and deliberately choosing a new response instead of the automatic one. You break the loop not by trying harder — but by catching it earlier. So here's my question for you today: What new pattern interrupter are you working on this week? Maybe it's pausing before you respond. Maybe it's naming the trigger out loud the moment you feel it. Maybe it's simply noticing the loop for the first time. Whatever it is — drop it in the comments. I'd love to see what you're all working on. 💜 Let's make the rest of this week count.

I feel quite positive about the week ahead 🩷 I went out with my business cards yesterday and I just met with a potential supervisor. She was really nice 😊 As for breaking the loop (or loops!) I’ll have to give that some more thought 💭

@Klaudia Moon thank you ☺️ let’s hope so!
Today is the day we write our letters 💛
If you were with us on Thursday — you know what to do. Grab your pen, find a quiet corner and let’s do this together. And if you missed the session — don’t worry, here is everything you need: The three steps: Step 1 — Make the space Write down everything you are ready to release. The beliefs that have been holding you back. The patterns that keep repeating. The behaviours that no longer serve who you are becoming. Be honest. Be specific. Write it all down and then do something with that page — tear it, burn it, scrunch it up and throw it away. Make it real. Make the space. Step 2 — Write what you want instead Now that the glass is empty — what do you want to fill it with? Write your list. Peace, confidence, calm, abundance, self-trust, connection — whatever is true for you. Don’t edit it. Don’t be sensible about it. Just write what your soul actually wants. Write the letter to yourself This is the most important part. And today — with 8/8 energy still strong — the timing could not be better. Write a letter to yourself describing how it feels to already have everything on that list. Not what you want. How it FEELS to already have it. Write in the present tense, in the first person, with as much detail and emotion as you can. I love the feeling of waking up and feeling calm before the day even begins. I love how safe I feel in my own body. I love how I show up for myself now… Let yourself feel it as you write it. That feeling is the signal. That is how you communicate with your subconscious mind. That is how you make it real before it is real. And step 3 — once you know the feeling you are moving toward, think about one small action you can take every single day that gets you closer to it. Not a big plan. One thing. Consistent and intentional. I am writing my letter this morning and I am going to post my picture here — not the words, just the visual. Me, my journal, my cup of tea and the intention. I would love for you to do the same. Take a photo of yourself writing your letter today and post it below. You don’t need to share what you wrote. Just show us you showed up for yourself today.
Today is the day we write our letters 💛

I didn’t do my letter ✉️ I didn’t know what to say. I did think about it yesterday though. I revisited what I was letting go of and inviting in.
What a session tonight 🌟
If you missed it — the recording is now up and I really want you to watch it. We used the Lionsgate energy tonight in the most beautiful way and I am still feeling it. Here's what we covered: What is Lionsgate 8/8? Every year on the 8th of August the energy shifts — it is one of the most powerful dates for releasing what no longer serves you and stepping into your highest potential. We used tonight's session to prepare ourselves energetically so we are ready to receive on Saturday. We started with an oracle card 🃏 A Wisdom Keeper card came up — new perspective, study and learning. Which felt so aligned with everything we have been doing — healing, shifting patterns, seeing ourselves differently. Phase 1 — Release We wrote down the beliefs, patterns and behaviours we are ready to let go of. Things like self-doubt, worries, other people's opinions, the feeling that when things are going well something is about to go wrong. We made the list, we owned it, and now we are done with it. Tear the page, burn it, bury it — whatever feels right for you. Make it real. Phase 2 — Invite In We made space and then we filled it with intention. Abundance, peace, self-trust, present moment living, calm, health, hospitality, self-belief. Beautiful lists from everyone in the room tonight. Phase 3 — Aligned Action Once you know what you want to invite in — think about one action you can take every single day that gets you closer to that feeling. Not a big dramatic gesture. One small consistent thing. That is where the real magic is. The letter writing homework 📝 Over the weekend — ideally on Saturday when the energy is at its peak — I want you to write a letter to yourself. Not about what you want to achieve. About how you want to FEEL. Write it in the present tense as if it is already real. I love the feeling of peace I have right now. I love how connected I feel. Describe it in detail, feel it as you write it, and read it back to yourself as often as you can. We are doing this together — take a photo of yourself writing your letter on Saturday and post it in the community. I cannot wait to see them 💛
What a session tonight 🌟

Here are the badger spirit card pics, as promised, to remind us to be fearless and bold 🖤
Hey lovely people 💛
I’ve been sitting with something lately and I just want to be real with you for a second. I want this community to actually mean something to you. Not just another group you joined and forgot about — but a space you genuinely look forward to showing up in. And to make that happen I need to hear from you. So tell me — what do you actually need right now? What’s going on for you? What would make you think “yes, THAT is exactly what I needed today”? Could be a topic, could be more connection with the women in here, could be something totally different. There’s no wrong answer. Drop it below — even just a couple of words is enough. I’m genuinely asking because what you say here shapes everything I do next 👇💛

@Klaudia Moon I had another idea last night! Forgiveness would be helpful (both for myself and others).
