Hi everyone. I saw the Flextheory method on social media and was impressed by the hook kick power of Andre, the elasticity and force generated. Wow! I want to birng my kicks to a new level and I need to start training. My problem was that I always wanted to kick high and powerful but never knew where to start.
During training I was able to kick high but never with ease. I really need to become a spring ahha.
