Exactly a year ago I was in a spot where I wasn't sure how to continue with my first book. I knew I had a great content but also knew I needed help, support and guidance. I knew how to write but had vague understanding and knowledge of what publishing a book actually looks like and what is needed. That is exactly when I got an invitation to join Dani's Inner Circle membership, an online course and a mentorship for 6 months. Did you know @Dani Rosenblad James does kickoff calls!? I was a bit nervous at first because the story telling I'm wanting to do is not actually writing a book. Dani was very open to sharing ideas on impromptu story telling, giving props life and character. As well as how to use my voice to give details and emotions. I sincerely appreciate her excellent ideas and advice on how to build up my confidence. I definitely look forward to scheduling another meeting in the future and highly suggest other storytellers let Dani kickoff their book too.

Hey now! Family? At least that’s what I feel like this is in this community. There’s a great energy always pulsating. When I first came to the platform of Skool. I had no idea that I would stumble upon a community like this. My journey into writing is not traditional. I don’t have the areas of study that really good writers have taken upon through educational avenues. So when I got to the Community. I didn’t know what to expect. I’ve been here I would say. A few months and I’ve had a couple of conversations with our host. Dani! Each conversation that we’ve had whether the one on one calls and even a lot of the DM post we’ve shared. Has been a nurturing and informative session each time. I walk away with so much clarity and a better understanding of how I need to look at what I’m doing as a writer. Working on the projects or certain aspects in my project that’ll help me shape the end product that I’m aiming for. The one thing I like about Dani is that she’s very approachable. I love the social atmosphere she’s created in this community. There’s always an element of being present when engaging with her. I feel I’ve learned much and have become a better writer with the nuggets of knowledge she has shared. We all travel at our own pace. She makes it feel less urgent while allowing us to find our footing. In these times, right now that some of us are in here the states, and other places. We are all navigating. Having an outlet like writing and being in communities, where the unity of the members here are so engaging. (That it helps me filter out the noise.) The support has been an absolute; that Dani herself, she gives while spoken in her motherly voice. Direct and insightful. Writing is a passion. You hear it in her voice. But also it’s very therapeutic. Especially as she explains her journey of recovery and reinventing her own ways back to a life she never imagined she’d have. I feel she is a vital element in my growth and her ability to spread her energies to the community as she does. Shows me her investment into each and everyone of us.
