Middle of the Week Check In!
I haven’t done a weekly check in for a bit. So, let’s hear how you all are doing. Where are you in your book creation? Has it been smooth, tough, or in between? Share the wins, the lessons learned and what you feel up for sharing! This is a great time for us to help one another because if you stay stagnant, there’s no growth. Meaning, no book will create itself without the help of a human. So what steps do you need to take in order to finish it?

I’m caught up in my moments, for me that is a good thing. My breathing is deep and steady. My flow feels connected, my vision seems endless. Which I find engaging, consistent reminders to focus have led me here. asking what is myself investment. And I agree with finding connection. Be it with those that are up close to you and making it Personal. Including those at a distance separated by technology as the only barrier between the two spaces. Having a place to stay motivated gives me peace of mind. I feel I get that by being creative.

Me… the series. Blessed me.
Just another feel good vibe of reflection of ourselves and creative mind setting. Now breathe… Me… the series. NS042026KW Blessed me. Given so many chances Not taken fore granted. Accepted me starts by planting. A garden of seeds. In fertile conditions and The soil free of weeds. The me who farms the land. My investment to fulfill my needs. Having the mindset for my plans. Connecting with my soulful me. Aligned with the master hands. To guide me through life and, The times in the sands. Where my future belongs to me. And I’m blessed with the love, A higher power and direction. Of myself and inner inspection. That leadership in belief, Gives me food for action. So I can find my passion. Achievement in the strategy. The player who has the lead. The focused me who clearly sees, The value and effectiveness Of being the one connected. To the one who’s me, being blessed. K. I Challenge You!
@Phillip Mackey i love how you pointed a fault in referencing George R. R. Martin and him being stuck with his recent book. 📕 Now, I want to shine a light on this. 💡 Since he is stuck at the moment, does that take away his accomplishments, all the books he has created? Is he seen less since he’s run into an obstacle with writing? ✍️ We are ALL human, or as far as I know and we make mistakes. As many of you know, life can get in the way. It may take some years to get back into it. But what I have found usually helps improve this is being surrounded by support, having a system that works! I don’t know George’s personal situation with why he’s having trouble. But what do you think about this? And what would you do if you were in George’s shoes with your readers angry at you for not finishing the book on time? I would love to hear your thoughts on this! 💭

Readers? Hummm! Sometimes the wait is worth the waiting. If you’re not in the head space to give your best. Your readers should appreciate the delay because you’ve never let them down in the past. Or why else would they be so urgent for you to finish? Having them ponder on the edges of what’s coming is a good place to be, sometimes. Your heart is already full committed to the project. Take a moment and breathe. Where you’re stuck will reveal itself and the void will clear. Stick with your gut! ✍🏽

@Sierra Melcher Hi Sierra! I’ll leave the giveaway to other members. I bought the audio book. Interested in the read while I continue to write on my project. I’ll give feedback when I’m done and see how I can apply what I’ve learnt. Thanks for info☺️
✨ At Some Point, Writing Becomes a Decision
There’s a moment where your book stops being an idea and becomes something you either commit to or keep circling. ⭕️ Gaining that momentum and keeping it is vital when we decide to write a book. 📖 Staying consistent needs to turn into your best friend! But what makes this work out the best is starting with Story First! Story First isn’t about waiting for clarity. It's about choosing to stay long enough to find it. 👉 Where are you right now: exploring or committing? Comment your answer below and let’s dive into it!

I think for some a scratching my head or stuck on a fence would be more relatable 😜 to choose from as there are days like that. Wish I knew how to create emojis 😂. Although the task of writing a complete sentence with them is a thought I’ve played with😏. Just a fun fact on my part. Back to the grind ✍🏽
