I had forgotten all about the tongue scraper that you mentioned yesterday Jojo. Mine had gotten put away and slid to the back of the drawer so I forgot about it.

Last night I did my usual nighttime routine. I've always brushed my tongue with my toothbrush and called it good. My dentist even complimented me at a check up about how clean my tongue was.

I used the tongue scraper after I brushed my teeth and was horrified at the stuff I was pulling off. I'm an absolute convert. 🤪😛
