Meal Ideas
Hi Lovelies, I would love some yummy main meal ideas for my boyfriend and I. I’m not used to cooking dairy free so any favourites you have I’d be most thankful, especially not too costly. So far I’ve mainly cooked fish meals as he still eats fish. Thx heaps 🫶💜

Enema update day 19 🦠🪳♡
This morning and one from last week (these are floaters that are visible otherwise i dont sift through so could be many more). More like ancient junk yard artefacts but the toxin release letting them go gets me everytime like the instant feeling of nausea and grossness leaving as soon as it all comes out 🤠 I've got me new bag and the only issue was a cockroach making it home but easily removed and bag disinfected 🤦🏼‍♀️🫠 Hope everyone is well and cruising along in the layer of detoxing you're currently in 🥰😍

@Ashley Shan LOL me too. It’s interesting because medical medium thinks viruses. Main cause of parasites in body. It’s like the chicken or the egg?
The Truth Behind Milk Cravings
Most people don’t realise milk cravings aren’t emotional… they’re chemical and energetic. Cow’s milk contains casein, a protein that breaks down into casomorphins in the body. Casomorphins act like mild opioids, binding to your brain’s opioid receptors and creating a calming, numbing, almost sedative effect. This is why people feel “comforted” by milk or cheese. The body becomes chemically addicted to that feeling. But beneath the chemistry, there’s an energetic program running. Milk carries ritualistic conditioning. We’re taught from childhood that milk equals comfort, safety, nourishment, growth, strength… all subconscious imprints that attach to the brain through repetition. These programs get reinforced through culture, advertising, school systems, health guidelines, and family traditions. It becomes a ritual the subconscious clings to. So when you crave milk, you’re not just craving a taste. You’re craving the opioid response, the emotional association, and the energetic program your brain has been conditioned to rely on. And here’s the truth we were never told: Cow’s milk was never designed for the human body. Its entire chemical profile is engineered for a baby cow’s nervous system, hormones, immune development, and growth. The energetics of it carry the frequency of a different species, not the human blueprint. When humans consume it, especially long-term, the body gets pulled into a loop of: • immune irritation • mucus production • slowed detox pathways • emotional self-soothing through chemicals • dependency on a substance that disconnects you from your own regulation This is why giving up dairy feels “hard.” You’re not battling willpower. You’re breaking a chemical addiction, a subconscious ritual, and an energetic program that was never yours. But once you break it, everything shifts. Your frequency rises. Your cravings change. Your nervous system regulates without external substances. And your body finally remembers what it feels like to be fueled by foods that match your natural frequency… fruits, vegetables, high-light foods, and pure hydration.

@Lana Milashenko Thx Lana - I’ve tried this a few times but found it goes off quickly and it’s messy and time consuming. I prefer a bought powder I think 🤔

@JoJo Light ok thx JoJo, well I might do it once a month and freeze it perhaps and use the powder stuff as back up - this one looks good though https://www.mylkmade.co.nz/products/hazelnut-barista-base I think it’s not a powder it’s a base so not heat treated maybe.
Castor oil - eyes
Thank you to @Monja De Jager who recommended castor oil on the eyelids and in the eyes. I'm obsessed with organic castor oil now! I've been using it for my 👀eyes and on 2nd and 3rd day my eyes are not tired, they feel very comfortable and relaxed. Feel moisturised and no reddness from where there was the vein looking things inner and outer area when you look sideways.. And wow my eyes are really shiny and the whites of my eyes are super bright, noticeably different by me and others 😃. How often is everyone using it on or in their eyes? Jojo is it ok to use on and in eyes daily? To cleanse and moisturise? Its felt very nice so far.

There are warnings in the bottle not to use on eyes. Is it safe?
Supplement Rejection
Hi JoJo, I’ve started my new supplement for a week now and it’s supposed to take at least two weeks for any noticeable difference, but I’ve experienced a lot of anxiety lately which I think is under control now. However I’ve noticed I think my body may not be keeping the nutrients (like diarrhoea). Will my body now receive the nutrients ok please and not reject it? Did one of your meditations this morning which helped my anxiety thank you 😊 🙏

@JoJo Light ok thank you. I’ve been trying to break contracts for anxiety I just feel really lost to the core but will keep at it. I eat dairy gosh I love it so much - milk and probiotic yoghurt. Ok will try cutting it out thx.
