Let’s Talk About Food (And What’s Really Coming Up)
Hey beautiful beings 🤍
I can see a lot of you are struggling with food right now, so let’s talk about it.
This isn’t just about diet… it’s about the patterns and habits around food that are coming up as your body starts to change.
And this isn’t just about what you’re eating… this is about programs.
Programs around:
  • food
  • control
  • comfort
  • fullness
  • restriction
  • even eating disorder patterns for some of you
When you go from the way you’ve been eating your whole life… into something like raw vegan… it doesn’t just change the body, it starts to expose everything underneath it.
And that can feel intense.
Now, I want to be really clear on something…
When you’re doing a parasite cleanse, heavy metal detox, fasting, liver flush… any type of deep cleanse…
👉 Raw vegan is the most ideal
Because it starves parasites, it removes what feeds them, and it allows the body to go into a much deeper level of cleansing and healing.
But…
The reason so many of you are feeling:
  • sluggish
  • emotional
  • uncomfortable
  • triggered around food
is because the body is going through what’s called a Herx reaction / healing crisis.
This is when:
  • toxins are being released faster than the body can comfortably eliminate
  • parasites are being starved and dying off
  • the body is recalibrating and repairing
So what you’re feeling… is not random.
Your body is literally trying to heal itself.
Now here’s the part that’s important 🤍
Not everyone can just jump straight into raw vegan and feel good.
Because if you’ve never even been vegan before…
this is a huge shift for the body.
And what happens is:
  • the body thinks it needs more food to feel full
  • it’s used to density, heaviness, certain textures
  • and when that’s removed, it can feel like something is wrong… even when it’s not
At the same time, all the mental and emotional programs around food start coming up.
For some of you, that looks like:
  • overeating
  • binge patterns
  • feeling out of control
  • Starving or restricting (not the same as fasting)!
  • or even wanting to quit completely
And this is where you have to be really honest with yourself.
Because yes… raw vegan is ideal.
But…
👉 Not everyone benefits from forcing themselves into it too fast.
Sometimes:
  • it brings up too much too quickly
  • it feels overwhelming
  • or the body just isn’t ready to sustain it yet
And in those moments… forcing it can actually push you backwards.
So this is where you get to choose 🤍
Ask yourself:
👉 Am I able to go into this fully and move through the discomfort?
👉 Or do I need to transition into this more gradually?
Because both are valid.
Some of you can push through the discomfort and come out the other side.
Some of you will need to:
  • bring in some cooked foods
  • ground a bit more
  • Break more contracts and programs around food
  • take it step by step
And that doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong.
If you need to include:
  • potatoes
  • sweet potatoes
  • simple cooked meals
That’s okay.
You’re still progressing.
The goal is still to move toward raw vegan…
but how you get there matters.
And I also want to say this…
Challenging your body is powerful.
It teaches the body to:
  • adapt
  • heal
  • function differently
But there’s a difference between:
👉 challenging the body
and
👉 overwhelming the body
So don’t be hard on yourselves 🤍
Some of you are facing things you’ve never had to face before, not just physically… but mentally and emotionally.
And that’s part of this process too.
You’re not just cleansing the body…
you’re healing & clearing programs.
So wherever you are in this right now…
👉 keep going
👉 adjust where you need to
👉 and be honest with yourself
That’s the real work 🤍
