If aging is a program the body has learned…
Then we need to talk about this from a physical level too.
Because yes… the body follows instructions.
But it also follows its environment.
Science will point to Telomeres shortening and say:
“That’s why we age.”
But what most people don’t realize is…
The rate at which this happens is heavily influenced by the condition of your body.
Meaning:
Your internal terrain matters.
If your body is:
• Inflamed
• Toxic
• Mineral deficient
• Overloaded with heavy metals
• Hosting parasites or dysbiosis
Then the body goes into survival mode.
And when the body is in survival…
It prioritizes protection over repair.
This is where:
• Faster aging
• Cellular breakdown
• Hormonal disruption
• Low energy
Start to happen.
So if we’re talking about “reversing the program”…
We have to support the body in a way that allows it to come out of survival.
Here’s what actually shifts things physically:
