@Tamsyn Hartley Think I need to get a mandolin to try and do these. I love veg crisps from the shops, especially parsnips and beetroot ones.

@Tamsyn Hartley The ones in the store have salt on. I think crushing some himalyan salt granules onto the veg would be really good 👍🏻 😋
If Aging Is a Program… Here’s How You Start Reversing It Physically
Hello beautiful beings ✨ If aging is a program the body has learned… Then we need to talk about this from a physical level too. Because yes… the body follows instructions. But it also follows its environment. Science will point to Telomeres shortening and say: “That’s why we age.” But what most people don’t realize is… The rate at which this happens is heavily influenced by the condition of your body. Meaning: Your internal terrain matters. If your body is: • Inflamed • Toxic • Mineral deficient • Overloaded with heavy metals • Hosting parasites or dysbiosis Then the body goes into survival mode. And when the body is in survival… It prioritizes protection over repair. This is where: • Faster aging • Cellular breakdown • Hormonal disruption • Low energy Start to happen. So if we’re talking about “reversing the program”… We have to support the body in a way that allows it to come out of survival. Here’s what actually shifts things physically: 1. Removing the Load (Detox) Heavy metals, parasites, and waste overload the system. When the body is constantly dealing with toxins… It cannot focus on regeneration. This is why we focus on: • Heavy metal detox • Parasite cleansing • Supporting elimination pathways 2. Opening the Drainage Pathways If you detox but your body can’t eliminate… You recirculate toxins. This is where the lymphatic system comes in. Movement, hydration, and lymphatic support are key. A stagnant body = a stagnant system = faster breakdown. 3. Mineral Repletion Most people are deeply mineral deficient. And minerals are what run: • Cellular communication • Nervous system function • Repair processes Without minerals… The body cannot rebuild properly. 4. Lowering Inflammation Chronic inflammation = constant damage signal. This accelerates breakdown in the body. This is where your diet matters. A clean, alkaline, high-fruit, high-hydration approach gives the body space to calm down and repair.

@JoJo Light Will this be harder as I'm unable to currently do the parasite and heavy metal detox?

Energetic I can try my hardest, but wondered if it would be far harder as I'm unable to use binders due to meds
🌿 Raw Vegan Rainbow Rice Paper Wraps (Hydrating + Easy Transition Meal)
This is perfect for anyone struggling to stay fully raw because it feels more “grounding” without actually being heavy. 🥬 Ingredients (2–3 wraps) Wrap base: • 2–3 rice paper sheets Filling (mix + match based on what you have): • Lettuce or butter leaf • ½ cucumber (thin strips) • 1 carrot (shredded or julienned) • ½ mango (sliced thin) • ¼ red bell pepper • Fresh herbs: cilantro or mint • Optional: microgreens or sprouts ⸻ 🥣 Creamy Tahini Detox Sauce • 1 tbsp tahini • 1 tbsp hemp seeds • Juice of 1 lemon • 1–2 tbsp water • Pinch sea salt • Optional: garlic powder + cayenne Blend until smooth and slightly runny for dipping. ⸻ 🌯 How to Assemble (simple + beginner-friendly) 1. Soften the rice paper Dip in warm water for ~10–15 seconds until soft (don’t over-soak or it tears). 2. Lay it flat Place on a clean surface or plate. 3. Layer smart Start with lettuce → then veggies → then mango → herbs last. 4. Roll it up • Fold bottom up • Fold sides in • Roll tightly like a burrito 5. Serve fresh Best eaten right away while soft and hydrating. ⸻ ✨ Detox Benefits • Hydrating → supports lymph + digestion • Light but satisfying → helps people stay consistent • Raw fiber + enzymes → supports gut + elimination • Naturally sweet (mango) → reduces cravings ⸻ 🔥 Make It Work For Everyone • If fully raw feels hard → this is a great “in-between” meal • If digestion is sensitive → go lighter on sauce • If more grounding is needed → pair with a warm herbal tea after ⸻ 👀 How your plate looks You’ve got these soft, translucent wraps showing all the colors inside Bright orange carrot, juicy mango, deep greens, and pops of red… When you cut them in half, they look like little rainbow rolls with that creamy sauce on the side 🤤 It feels like something you’d order at a high-end wellness café… but you made it yourself.

I'm able to use my airfryer as a dehydrator as there's a setting for it. Ive been dehydrating fresh mint leaves to save them to make mint tea.

Some Garlic, paprika, cumin, olive oil etc. Little Coconut cream Coconut water instead of water Coconut pieces 1/2 cup of fresh sweet pineapple 1/4 cup sweet mango Sultanas Drizzle little maple Blend it all, salt and pepper to taste. Add more tahani if you love it lol. Chill before serving tastes better!
