I didn’t post this for month because it was a shock 😳 of having this come out of me but now it was time to finally post it. You NEED to see it because this is exactly why so many of you are inflamed, bloated, exhausted, craving foods, and feeling disconnected from your own body. This is a rope worm. Yes… this came out of my intestines. And the amount of inflammation I was carrying suddenly made sense. These parasites live deep inside the large intestine, hiding in mucus layers, twisting themselves into long rope-like shapes, attaching with suction cups, and feeding off your nutrients and energy. They release toxic slime, block digestion, hijack cravings, and keep your body in survival mode. The wildest part is… They attach to your unhealed energy too. Old trauma. Subconscious programs. Fear loops. Density your body stored to protect you. When I started clearing physically AND energetically, their grip finally broke. And they came out. My whole body changed after releasing them… inflammation lowered, my stomach flattened, and energy came back online. ✨ Intuitive Kitchen Sink Dressing + Recipe ✨
Here’s the raw vegan dressing I made today using only the ingredients that were about to expire in my kitchen. I love creating food this way because it forces you into intuition, presence, and connection with what your body is actually asking for. No rules. No recipe. Just awareness and creativity. 🥣 The Dressing Recipe Feel free to adjust depending on what you have available. Seasonings • Chili powder • Paprika • Mixed herbs • Ground coriander/Cilantro • Ground cumin • Cayenne pepper • Salt Veggies • Cauliflower • Jalapeños • Fresh parsley • Cilantro/Coriander • Zucchini • Garlic • Onion Nuts • Cashews • or Pumpkin Seeds Extras • 1/2 Cup of Nutritional yeast • 1 big spoon of sea moss gel • 1 spoon of black truffle mustard • Water to blend • Any leftover veggies or herbs that need to be used Blend everything until smooth and creamy. This stays fresh for around 4/5 days and tastes incredible on salads, wraps, veggie bowls, or even as a dip. 🌿 The Energetics of This Dressing This type of “kitchen sink” creation carries a very specific frequency. When you use ingredients that were about to be wasted and bring intention into the process, you shift yourself out of lack and into appreciation. Your body reads that. It digests that. It absorbs the food differently because it was prepared from presence rather than survival. Even the vegetables that were close to expiring still hold life force. When you choose to transform them consciously, you’re telling your subconscious: “Nothing good is ever wasted. @JoJo Light I think I would struggle with a raw diet, as I have limited foods that I like to eat. Obs fruit I eat raw, but other foods (apart from salad items) I really have problems with. Thanks for your explanation of why you have a raw diet. Makes loads of sense 😊

@Lana Milashenko I like seeds..I have chia, flax, sunflower and pumpkin seeds on a morning in porridge along with banana, raspberries, strawberries and blueberries.
