1 cup pepitas
1 1/2 Tbsp. lime juice
1 1/2 tsp. maple syrup
2 tsp. chili powder blend (no salt)
1/4 tsp. Himalayan salt
1/8-1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Instruction: I have only ever toasted these in the oven at 300 for 12 minutes or so, stirring halfway through, but I'm quite certain they would be just as good soaked, stirred together with spices and then dehydrated until crisp. These are super yummy on top of salad to spice things up a little (also small handfuls have been known to disappear in my kitchen also. ) 😂 ♥️
