I made it to Day 6 and 18 hours without food 😳. Day 6 was the hardest as I was having strong heartbeats on and off and got cold. I tried to manage with salt, but my brain was freaking out about electrolytes (I didn’t have potassium).
All other days were fantastic, except for maybe the second day is tricky with cravings, but not compared to Day 6.
Otherwise, I had high energy, mental clarity and high frequency and more open channel. I lost 6.5 lbs. I’ve only ever made it to 4 days once before, so this was an expansive experience.
I am breaking my water fast with a juice:
Cucumber, watermelon, apple, cashew apple
