Friday Juicing + Fasting Tips (Fruit Included)
• Keep it simple. Simple juices allow the body to rest and cleanse without stress. You don’t need complicated recipes. • Hydration comes first. Start your day with water. Room temperature or warm water helps open detox pathways gently. • Fruit juices are absolutely welcome. Fruits like apple, pear, pineapple, watermelon, papaya, berries, grapes, and citrus support hydration, minerals, and nervous system balance. • Balance fruit when needed. If you feel too light or wired, add cucumber, celery, or leafy greens to your fruit juice to stay grounded. • One or two fruits per juice is enough. Avoid heavy mixing. The body responds best to simplicity. • Sip slowly. Juicing is still nourishment. Presence matters. • Electrolytes are important. On fasting days, minerals help prevent dizziness, fatigue, and headaches. We have a clean, detox-friendly electrolyte recipe available. Please check the Recipe category in the group. • Hunger waves may come and go. If you truly need something, have another juice or a blended juice with a little pulp rather than forcing restriction. • Rest more than usual. Fasting days are for slowing down, less stimulation, and gentle movement only. • Emotional releases can happen. This is normal. Let emotions move without judgment. • Break the fast gently. Use fruit, juice, or a light raw meal. Avoid heavy foods right after. • Connection over discipline. This is about giving the body space to remember itself through love, not control. These Friday fasts are about softness, listening, and allowing the body to recalibrate naturally. ✨
