If Aging Is a Program… Here’s How You Start Reversing It Physically
Hello beautiful beings ✨ If aging is a program the body has learned… Then we need to talk about this from a physical level too. Because yes… the body follows instructions. But it also follows its environment. Science will point to Telomeres shortening and say: “That’s why we age.” But what most people don’t realize is… The rate at which this happens is heavily influenced by the condition of your body. Meaning: Your internal terrain matters. If your body is: • Inflamed • Toxic • Mineral deficient • Overloaded with heavy metals • Hosting parasites or dysbiosis Then the body goes into survival mode. And when the body is in survival… It prioritizes protection over repair. This is where: • Faster aging • Cellular breakdown • Hormonal disruption • Low energy Start to happen. So if we’re talking about “reversing the program”… We have to support the body in a way that allows it to come out of survival. Here’s what actually shifts things physically: 1. Removing the Load (Detox) Heavy metals, parasites, and waste overload the system. When the body is constantly dealing with toxins… It cannot focus on regeneration. This is why we focus on: • Heavy metal detox • Parasite cleansing • Supporting elimination pathways 2. Opening the Drainage Pathways If you detox but your body can’t eliminate… You recirculate toxins. This is where the lymphatic system comes in. Movement, hydration, and lymphatic support are key. A stagnant body = a stagnant system = faster breakdown. 3. Mineral Repletion Most people are deeply mineral deficient. And minerals are what run: • Cellular communication • Nervous system function • Repair processes Without minerals… The body cannot rebuild properly. 4. Lowering Inflammation Chronic inflammation = constant damage signal. This accelerates breakdown in the body. This is where your diet matters. A clean, alkaline, high-fruit, high-hydration approach gives the body space to calm down and repair.

If You Can’t Detox Physically, Read This
Hello beautiful beings 🤍 A member asked a really good question and I wanted to expand on it. I want you to really sit with this… You can follow every single step of a cleanse eat perfectly, take all the right supplements do all the protocols… …and still not heal. Not because the protocol doesn’t work but because you haven’t addressed what created the condition in the first place. This is where most people get it wrong. They think healing is physical only. It’s not. (Most of you are aware of this but I like to send a reminder) The body is the LAST place something shows up. Before anything becomes physical, it exists as: • a pattern • a program • a stored trauma • a subconscious contract • a loop you’ve been running (consciously or unconsciously) So when you go straight into detoxing the body without clearing those layers, what happens? You’re trying to remove something… that your system is still holding onto energetically. That’s why people: • keep getting the same symptoms • detox and feel worse without resolution • clear something and it comes back • jump from protocol to protocol with no real change Because the root cause (trauma, programs or contracts) is still active. Now let’s talk about this lymphatic cleanse question because it applies to EVERYTHING. Yes… you can absolutely do the energetics without doing the full physical cleanse. And not only “can” you… for many of you, you SHOULD start there. Because when you work on the energetics, you are: • opening pathways in the body • releasing resistance and fear stored in the system • dissolving programs tied to stagnation, illness, and holding trauma • bringing your body back into a state where it feels SAFE to let go And this is key… The body will not release what it does not feel safe releasing. So if you go straight into heavy detox without addressing that: you can overwhelm the system slow things down or even create more symptoms But when you combine: • lymphatic movement (massage, dry brushing, rebounding)

Breaking water fast after 6 d 18 h
I made it to Day 6 and 18 hours without food 😳. Day 6 was the hardest as I was having strong heartbeats on and off and got cold. I tried to manage with salt, but my brain was freaking out about electrolytes (I didn’t have potassium). All other days were fantastic, except for maybe the second day is tricky with cravings, but not compared to Day 6. Otherwise, I had high energy, mental clarity and high frequency and more open channel. I lost 6.5 lbs. I’ve only ever made it to 4 days once before, so this was an expansive experience. I am breaking my water fast with a juice: Cucumber, watermelon, apple, cashew apple Grateful for Jojo and Leo for the awesome support, especially with all the things they’ve been having to deal with. Thank you. 🙏🏼 Also grateful for my fasting buddy @Elaine Vidal 🩷🩷🩷🩷🫶🏼 🫂 and for this beautiful community 😍 LOVE 💕
