Deep Cellular & Energetic Cleanse

This bath helps draw out toxins, heavy metals, and energetic debris while soothing the nervous system and realigning your frequency back to love and calm.

Ingredients:

2 cups pure Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) – relaxes muscles and assists liver detox
1 cup baking soda – alkalizes and neutralizes acidic waste
½ cup Himalayan or Dead Sea salt – replenishes minerals and draws out impurities
1 cup apple cider vinegar (optional for deeper cleansing) – releases toxins and balances skin pH
5–10 drops essential oil (choose intuitively): Lavender – calming Peppermint – circulation Frankincense – emotional purification Lemon or Grapefruit – lymphatic detox

Optional: 1 tbsp bentonite clay – binds heavy metals (mix separately before adding)

How to Use:

Fill your tub with hot water (as warm as comfortable).
