it was on my attention
to recap - basically I by mistake was given a holiday on the day about 28th, in about 1 week, after my last 1 1/2 day water fast was 2 weeks ago.
So makes sense to use this time to do another 1/2 day water fast.
How much does it help to do 1 1/2 day water fasts? (short water fast, technically not intermittent fasting, but also - not having effect where feel have less energy either ).
I need to weight if its worth myself strive just copy ted car do it every 30 days, or could be better every 2 weeks with my autoimmune disease.
What are your thoughts?
