My life is changing slowly but surely, because of this therapy. I have been through over a decade of CBT, person-centred talking therapy, and various ‘counsellors’, some highly trained and even one who was an actual ‘Doctor’ of Psychology… none of them got to the root of the problem, they only scratched the surface. Root Cause Therapy is a somatic healing therapy that targets core beliefs and accesses your subconscious. I can’t really explain it any more than this right now because I just came from session and I’m a bit knackered 😅 (it’s emotionally taxing, because you face things head on, rather than beating around the bush). I just wanted to share my opinion based on my experience <3 lots of love everyone!

I’m at this point right now where I keep forgetting and then remembering again. Forgetting and remembering. Over and over. I’m not my thoughts anymore. I’m just playing this game called life

Full Transparency... I’ve never done anything like this before. No musical background. No vocal training. (and no one has ever told me that I'm a good singer, btw.) No experience making “songs” either. And real talk… I’m feeling pretty, pretty good about it. 😅 (best Larry David voice) There’s something deeply freeing about creating something that feels true to you… even while knowing it won’t resonate with everyone. That’s actually part of why this feels so meaningful to me right now. Not because Purpose Relief Balm is “perfect.” Not because I suddenly became a singer overnight. (My singing voice is definitely still a work in progress 😂) But because this felt real. Alive. Natural. And for the first time in a long time, I created something without needing external approval to justify it. I simply let Source Creation flow through me. And afterward I caught myself thinking: “Yep… I did that.” Then came the soul correction: “Yes… WE did that.” That feeling alone makes me want to keep creating more.
