Aloha Rey, Thanks for inquiring 🤩 We would be interested in many topics - lifestyle, culture, philosophy, innovation, inspiration, insights, wellness - Erhard listed many specific questions that are all fascinating in my opinion 💡 It would be nice to hear you talk about whats alive in you and your world - connect with you in a way that is more meaningful ✨ As for problems to solve - the inner work is never ending and the road is long, but we are patient and trust how life continues to unfold in its miraculous and malicious ways ☯️

@Erhard H. What’s your thoughts on the new SR logo 🐝 Of the 3 we have seen in the past 5 months - we like this the most 🏆
Triggernometry 🔫
Curious if people have suggestions/advice/experience with successfully identifying personal triggers and what strategies they use to create healthier responses? We are referring to a “trigger” in the psychological sense as a stimulus (like a sight, sound, smell, or situation) that brings on a strong, often negative emotional or physical reaction. We created an informal course called “triggernometry” with some friends that uses existing tools and worksheets from the interwebs, but sometimes when triggered we find myself unable to get out of the loop of negative thoughts and behaviors. The idea of the “course” is to cultivate awareness of personal triggers, regulate my nervous system and process the situation so that we don’t cycle through a pattern unconsciously, thus being able to consciously make a new choice and respond accordingly. …easier said than done 🫠 Just wondering if people have some creative ideas and alternatives to move through these kinds of charged situations ⚡️

@Erhard H. thank you for clarifying and sharing 🙏 We suspect you arrived at these perspectives from personal experiences, but curious if there were any specific situations or epiphanies brought you to these realizations 🧐

☺️🙏 Reminded of the song… “This is my message to you-ou-u, singing: don’t worry, about a thing, ‘cause every little thing, is gonna be alright.” https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=cH6KN9nVvpo&ra=m

Loosen 🤲🪢
This song entered my world today and it reminded me of a remarkable win that we’ve recently experienced. Letting go of a narrative that was no longer serving me 🙏 The story (the fear) was that a long time friend wants to hurt me and doesn’t really love me because of actions they chose. We carried this for months, but finally we reached a fork…and literally just oriented myself towards what we really believe in, love, kindness and compassion, and we let the old story go 🌬️🍃 May this song reach those that will be encouraged by it 🎶💫 https://on.soundcloud.com/NOzcvLmy8SZaSDP9Q6 Loosen by Aly Halpert LYRICS: Loosen, loosen, baby You don't have to carry The weight of the world in your muscles and bones Let go, let go, let go Holy breath, and holy name Will you ease, will you ease this pain Holy breath, and holy name Will you ease, will you ease this pain Holy breath (Loosen, loosen, baby) And holy name (You don't have to carry) Will you ease (The weight of the world in your muscles and bones) Will you ease this pain (Let go, let go, let go)

@Steve Markham that’s very resonate about all suffering stemming from past memories or future worries - neither are happening “now” - presence is the gift to come out of all suffering 💝

@Joshua Morrow it’s so true about “some of our heaviest burdens being stories we’ve outgrown” - and sometimes those stories originate from our ancestors 🧬 - but we can always write a new story if we have awareness and choose to ✍️
The Summit
If your goal is to ascend to His summit, do not indulge your attention in the beautiful things that line the road before you. The world is full of things that want your attention. Some are beautiful, some are fascinating, some appear important, and some even disguise themselves as wisdom. Yet all of them share one thing in common: they ask you to stop and look at them. The flower asks to be admired. The stone asks to be collected. The waterfall invites you to remain a little longer and enjoy its freshness. None of these things are evil, and none of them are wrong. The danger lies elsewhere. The danger is forgetting where you were going. The more attention you give to the things of the world, the further the summit seems to move into the distance. Not because the summit has changed, but because your gaze has left it. Nothing of this world can give you what awaits at the top. Therefore guard your attention carefully. Do not become intoxicated by the beauty of the roadside and do not lose yourself in the countless distractions that surround you. Keep your eyes on the summit. The question is not whether you are busy. The question is not whether you are moving. The question is whether your attention still rests upon God, or whether it has wandered off into the flowers along the path. Are you still climbing? ⛰️🙏

Yes…the climb of a thousand horizons 🏔️ We did a sea to summit hike once and it wasn’t until the last 3 miles that the summit was actually visible. Before that it was just one horizon after the other. There was no trail just mountain-scape - grasslands and trees eventually turned to bushes and shrubs, which turned into grey rocks, which turned into brown rocks…all the different terrains to move through to eventually get to the top. In the summit of life, we definitely get distracted all the time - so, sincerely appreciate this reminder to focus and reorient my steps in the direction of the most high 🙏

@Leslie Beckwith appreciate your inquiry and grateful that you are being brave and commenting even if parts of you are fearful that you may not use the correct words or ending up putting your foot in your mouth. Takes awareness of residence and courage to express what’s on your heart so cheers to that 🍻 Lets suppose us both believes God is everything and everywhere all the time (a macro perspective)…but it’s the human interpretation and experience that distorts this reality (a micro perspective). For example, when we say, “in the summit of life we get distracted all the time”, my experience is that it’s easy to get caught up in micro situations (and that perspective…sometimes, not all the time…doesn’t recognize, see or consider God). We can go days without intentionally speaking or “engaging” with “God”…doesn’t mean they are not there…it may just be the present reality we are creating on this magical spiritual carpet ride ✨. Hope that gives a little more insight and doesn’t bewilder you more 😶‍🌫️. We also have resistance to commenting, because of fears of not being able to reach understanding through this modality of communication. You can’t hear my tone, see my eyes, etc etc. My personal preference is to have those other ways of expression available when in conversation, but in message boards - it’s text only (with pictures and gifs) 🌀
