Working with Kali & other archetype godesses
If you've heard my story or read my chapter in Start Over you will know that a massive portal transformation moment for me was in the depths of narcissistic abuse, addiction, burn out and CPTSD I prayed, and begged for a higher power. And i got Kali energy come rushing through. I was really wanting a soothing Mother Mary hug, but i go an ego death. And boy so boy did she go to work on me. Kali doesn't come to play. She gets stuff done. I hold Kali energy deep in my heart now. I feel empowered knowing she is there as an archetype for me to tap into, if i so need. If you're open to embodiment and archetypes energy and you feel like you need a BIG shift then Kali is your goddess. If you need some womb work then I worked with Lilith for that clearing. For overall healing and cleansing I like Hygiea. In my 'kill bill' era of Narc abuse recovery I worked with Medusa. Do you know & use your “clairs” (your intuitive senses)
We all have innate gifts, called Clairs. Its not just seeing, there are many more. This isn't about crystal ball woo, its about tapping into our inner knowing. Here is a breakdown of how our clairs show to us. I invite you to take a moment as you read each one and notice what resonates in your mind, body and soul. Clairvoyance — clear seeing This isn’t about “visions” the way movies show them. It often shows up as inner images, symbols, or flashes of insight. You might notice: Daydreaming that carries meaning Seeing patterns before others do Getting mental pictures that guide decisions ✨ Reflection: Where in your life do you “see” things coming before they arrive? Claircognisance — clear knowing This is the quiet, unwavering knowing that doesn’t need evidence. No emotion. No story. Just truth. You might notice: Knowing something instantly without logic Feeling certain even when others doubt ✨ Reflection: When have you known the truth… but talked yourself out of it? Clairsentience — clear feeling This is information felt through the body and emotions. The body often knows before the mind catches up. You might notice: Strong gut reactions Feeling others’ emotions in your body Needing time alone to “clear” energy ✨ Reflection: What is your body trying to tell you that your mind keeps overriding? Clairaudience — clear hearing This isn’t external voices. It’s inner guidance — words, phrases, lyrics, sounds, songs or a sense of being spoken to from within. You might notice: Inner messages that feel supportive or instructive Sensitivity to tone, sound, or music A natural pull toward speaking or writing truth Music, narratives, TV, messages coming up that feel attuned to your energy ✨ Reflection: When do you hear your inner voice most clearly — and when do you ignore it? A final note 🤍 You don’t have just one clair. And there are no better or worse gifts. Most of us have a dominant one with others supporting it. Trauma, burnout, or living in survival mode can cloud these senses — safety and regulation bring them back online.

🌌 The Universal Laws (And How to Observe Them in Real Life)
The Universal Laws aren’t about “positive vibes only” or bypassing your pain.They’re neutral principles that govern energy, cause and effect, and how life responds to you. When you observe them instead of trying to “manifest harder,” you move from force → flow. Here are the core ones and how to actually work with them 👇 1️⃣ The Law of Mentalism “All is mind.” Your inner world shapes how you interpret and respond to life. How to observe it: - Notice the story you attach to events (especially triggers) - Ask: What meaning am I assigning here? - Shift from “This is happening TO me” → “This is showing me something” 🧠 Awareness > affirmations. 2️⃣ The Law of Correspondence “As within, so without.” Your external world mirrors your internal patterns. How to observe it: - Track repeating dynamics (relationships, money, burnout) - Look for emotional themes, not blame - Ask: What belief or wound is being reflected back to me? This law invites responsibility, not self-judgement. 3️⃣ The Law of Vibration Everything carries a frequency. Your state matters more than your words. How to observe it: - Notice how your body feels before outcomes shift - Regulate your nervous system (breath, movement, rest) - Choose environments and people that feel expansive, not draining Regulation raises vibration naturally. 4️⃣ The Law of Polarity Everything has opposites. Pain and growth. Fear and desire. Light and shadow. How to observe it: - When you resist an emotion, notice what it’s protecting - Ask: What is the gift on the other side of this discomfort? - Allow both truths to exist Healing happens in integration, not denial. 5️⃣ The Law of Rhythm Life moves in cycles. You are not meant to be “on” all the time. How to observe it: - Honour rest phases without guilt - Track your energy patterns (not productivity) - Stop forcing momentum when it’s a pause season Burnout happens when we fight this law. 6️⃣ The Law of Cause & Effect Nothing is random.
Evil eye & Destiny swapping
Something that has been becoming up for me and some people around is evil eye and destiny swapping. When you are happy, peaceful, successful, and achieving your goals, you will look magnetic and can attract unhealed, jealous, low vibrational people will want what you have, and rather than do the work you did to get it, they convince themselves they are victims of your success, and they will try and take what you have through evil eye or destiny swapping. You might feel this from people on social media, friendship groups, family members, work colleagues, ex partners. They want you have, and not only that they don't want you to have it. They become fixated and may start smear campaigns or other attacks. Spiritual protection, cleansing and boundaries are really important to protect yourself from bad minds, projection, evil eye and destiny swapping. If someone is doing this to you their life will go very badly and everything will come crashing down, the universe doesn't support this low vibrational thief energy and manipulation so stay focussed on yourself and if you need help talk to a spiritual guide for additional ritual and projection. Below are gentle, consent-based ways to cleanse and reset your energy. 🛁 Salt Baths (Physical + Energetic Reset) Salt helps discharge excess energy and soothe the nervous system. How to use: - Add sea salt, Epsom salt, or Himalayan salt to warm water - Step in slowly, feeling the support of the water - Stay 10–20 minutes (no forcing) Visualisation (optional):Imagine the water drawing heaviness out of your body and into the earth to be neutralised. 🌀 If baths aren’t accessible, a salt foot soak works beautifully too. 💎 Crystals (Containment & Grounding) Crystals don’t “fix” — they support intention and regulation. Helpful options: - Black tourmaline / obsidian – grounding & protection - Amethyst – calming & clarity - Rose quartz – gentleness & self-compassion Hold the crystal, place it nearby, or rest it on your body.Less is more — notice how your body responds. 🔥 Palo Santo (Clearing with Intention) Smoke cleansing works best when paired with conscious intention, not habit. How to use: - Light briefly, then blow out the flame - Gently waft smoke around your body or space - Open a window if you can Say silently or aloud:“I release what doesn’t belong to me. I call my energy back gently.” ⚠️ If smoke feels overwhelming, skip this — your body’s response matters most. 🌬 Breathwork (Regulation First) Aura cleansing without nervous system regulation can feel destabilising. Try this instead of intense breathwork: Practice: - Inhale slowly through the nose (4 counts) - Exhale through the mouth (6 counts) - Repeat for 2–5 minutes Longer exhales signal safety to the body. 🧘 Meditation (Soft, Not Forced)
