Happy Friday. I know some of you are going through really hard times at the moment, and with the files being talked about, some of you may be feeling triggered or overwhelmed.

I want to let you know that this is a safe space and if you need to reach out for support, nervous system regulation, a bit of mindset guidance, reiki, narcissistic abuse recovery direction or to hold general space for you be witnessed, and you are a loving member of this community, i will be here to hold space.

Ive put our first scheduled live call tomorrow. If there is something specific you want such as a live coaching session, reiki, nervous system work, meditation - Im happy to incorporate that in.

We are one. Ive got your back. And im a bad ass, and everyone here has the best intentions for each other, so know that through love, community and solidarity we can get through anything,
