what are you choosing?
are you being consistent with the things that bring you joy, happiness and one step further to living out your dream life daily?
it's too easy to fall back into old habits and lose momentum when the "novelty" of something new wears off or you suddenly become "bored" a week or two into being consistent with something
but consistency is a CHOICE and you hold the power!
so choose carefully because if you choose wrongly, then chances are it'll become a bad habit...
for example, if you choose to focus on the negative thoughts, limiting beliefs and old stories that we tell ourselves, then you'll be consistently choosing that, forming a bad habit
however, if you focus on the positive thoughts, wire in new and true beliefs, rewriting your story and focusing on finding the joy in each day, then you'll be consistently choosing a healthier life
create consistency, choose carefully...
what's something you're currently being consistent with or know you need to switch up?
for myself, i've been super consistent with a self love guided breathwork meditation for around 8wks now which i'm proud of for because i have a tendency to give up after a while 💞
