I made a channel
I made a YT channel called Meditation for Authenticity, it has some old remote viewing stuff on there,I renamed the channel and I recorded some videos of me doing some somatic breath work, a little hesitant to put it on there cuz I'm very emotional and I still have alot of shame around being emotional as we all do.
