World Qigong Day - Performances
Instead of a replay today--enjoy this wonderful 12 move Arirang Qigong created by my teacher Ilchi Lee, an enlightened master who is the founder/creator of the Korean Qigong you all enjoy. Simply follow along and enjoy the energy it infuses into your body. Stay tuned: May 31st we'll be performing a different Arirang dance a the Bainbridge Waterfront park hopefully around 3pm and details will be coming out shortly to those on our mailing list.* Based on interest, there may be a flash mob doing the same routine in June so stay tuned! Even if you're not local, you can gather a few friends to do it and just randomly go to a public place on a random day, dressed in street clothes--then bust it out and see which strangers follow along. Be sure to tape yourself doing it so we can make a montage. *If you don't receive weekly emails from us, check spam/promo then DM me and I'll take care of it. Curious, would having weekly Wed Virtual Get it Done Workdays to complete whatever you'd like be of value to participate in? How it works: Hop on zoom 10-11am PT each Wed with fellow members to get done whatever you'd like to get done. Maybe it's writing copy, tackling a list of things you wouldn't do on your own, or whatever! What does wellness look like growing your business?
Many of us refuse to burnout as we once may have, yet what does that look like to still grow your business with ease and holistic wellness? Here's the 2 questions I'd love your feedback on (or feel free to answer at least one): 1. Challenge: What's a question or roadblock you're dealing during perimenopause, or in general health wise, as you age that you'd love support with as you grow your business? Ie. poor sleep, stiff joints, onsetting arthritis, poor recovery from injury, chronic pain, less mobility, ADHD lack of focus, scattered energy, negative moods, less energy, distracted by kids/news/scrolling, etc. 2. Goals: What are your biggest health and wellness goals or ideal wellness desires you'd like to have as you age and why? Ie. deeper sleep, more energy at end of day, strong health habits and discipline, flatter tummy, less cravings, more focus and presence, more quality connection with family, prioritizing self care consistently, etc. After I compile your questions and goals, I'll make the Q&A video and share it back here in the community!
